Otter's Detailing did a great job detailing my full-size Ford Bronco. Mr. Otter even recommended plastic trim restoration which came out perfectly, and he was able to remove build-ups of road tar left behind on my vehicle. He got the interior and exterior looking new, and even detailed the engine bay (included in the premium package). He also offers military discounts which is always a plus. Jeff did an incredible job on my RAV4. We had an unknown leak in the sunroof when we were out of town and it rained into the car and it had started molding and meldewing when we returned. He was able to fit us quickly. The mobile service is a major convenience. The job took longer than anticipated due to the severity of the clothe seats and carpeting. He didn't rush it and did a fantastic job. It looks new. He was kind, knowledgeable, and honest.

He does an amazing job! Impossible to duplicate the effort and skill he uses to make your car look literally brand new.
