Mr. Osborn answered my call the first time and was at my house the very next day to give a quote. He was fast to respond to my emails and text. He was very professional and did extra work without adding it to the final bill. The bill was exactly what his quote was. I would recommend him to anyone needing a roof repaired.

Bill and his employees are absolutely wonderful. We are beyond grateful for his outstanding customer service and attentiveness. He was the only businesses to be willing to help us out in our time of need and was quick to answer our call when we were seeking help. We had a leak with our flat membrane roof and he came over within a day to assess the problem and then called us up shortly after that to patch some areas up before snow arrived and made the damage worse. His willingness to help spoke volumes. We genuinely look forward to the services he will provide to us in the future.

Osborne roofing responded promptly when I requested bids for my garage roof. He worked awesomely with my in dealing with my insurance claim and was professional and courteous throughout the process.

Out of all the roofers I called, Osborn was the first to return my call. Delivered exactly as promised. Efficient and honest.

Called a few other contractors on the weekend to fix an area of the roof that lost 5-6 shingles and Osborn's answered on the first ring. No other contractor returned my call. On a Saturday with 40 MPH winds and snow coming Mike was at my house in 15 minutes and had the roof repaired in 45 minutes. My wife was very pleased ( at least I hope she was) to not have to take me to the ER or collect on my disability or life insurance policy given the inclement conditions. Did a great job and will use in the future if needed.

I've been trying to find someone to repair our roof since June/July and googled roofers in Casper, no one answered or called back or wouldn't drive that far out of town to help us. Finally had someone come out in August and look at it and then never got back to me. I was at my whits end but decided to I was gonna give it one more shot, called Osborn Roofing and got an answer right away. He came out the next day, was quick and very friendly. We are so appreciative of how prompt, and friendly he was. I highly recommend Osborn roofing!

I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful experience I had with Osborn Roofing! I am a widow. I found that my fireplace vent was leaning and was fearful of a hole in my roof. I was fearful of water getting in the attic. I called the number listed and Mr. Osborn was so reassuring that he would come first thing the next day, and look at it and decide what needed to be done. He showed up when he said and assured me it was okay for now. Came back a day later, climbed my very steep roof, fixed the problem and reassured me I had nothing to worry about. To top it off he didnt charge me! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. He was kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Any further roofing needs I will certainly call him.
