Alfredo came out exactly on the day and time as promised in a week were we had a lot of rain. Was quick to determine were the damage was and patched it up for us for upcoming rain and we decide on how to move forward on his quote. Greatly appreciate this roofing company for quick response especially on a week of rain. Definitely going to be my go to Rooffing company.

Finding helpful and reliable home repair services can be hard, but I've been thrilled with One Roofing Solution throughout my work with them. Water started leaking into our house after last week's rainstorm, a couple days after Christmas. Alfredo was able to schedule a visit soon after I contacted him, and then found and repaired the leak before this New Year's Day weekend. What a relief! From inspection to repair, Alfredo and his team have been prompt, informative, and patient regarding recommendations and service. Alfredo even contacted me on New Year's Eve to see if the patch was working. Our bedroom was leaking from rain and Alfredo came right over since it was urgent. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and fix it for us temporarily so leakage stopped right away. I had called several different companies regarding my roof leak during an expectant heavy rainfall and was told they weren't able to schedule a consultation due to being too busy. When I called One Roofing Solution, Inc. they too were busy but said they would try and come out the following day. Alfredo called me the next day and came to see the roof and what needed to be done. He gave me a few options and I was so relieved that he was willing to come back that same week before the rain was expected. The workers came out while I was at work and Alfredo called me and said they could do the work because they didnt need to come inside the house and I could pay them the next day it wasn't a problem. So they did the work and a few days later the rain came and the leak was fixed. Im so grateful. I will 100% recommend this company and will definitely call on them again when needed. Thank you ORS!

This company provides the best service and prices in town. They met deadline and the job passed City inspection with no issues. I would definitely work with them again.

Being a homeowner and finding proper maintenance for your home can be a nightmare. Prior to meeting Alfredo I had 2 different roofers do a "Mickey mouse" repair as you would say. It's been 2 years now since Alfredo worked on our roof and it has maintained perfect shape, his professionalism and punctuality is why he is now working on a different part of my property. He takes his time to explain and elaborate on what needs to be done so that there is no doubts on what is going on in every aspect. Definitely my go to guy since then.

Alfredo was amazing. He was very flexible with us and came out on a Sunday to do an estimate. He was punctual and returned the very next morning to do the repair work around the pipe flashing and replaced surrounding shingles. The transaction went very smooth, we’re glad we chose them. This is a very professional father/son roofing company with a lot of experience. They are punctual, clean and do excellent work. Their prices are totally affordable and unlike other companies I got quotes from, they didn't leave an open ended contract to charge more later. They are very responsive to your needs. Alfredo was very professional, friendly and honest. He came to give us a quote and actually assured us that our roof should be fine for another 5-6 years so not to have it done yet. We were so happy to meet someone so honest, that wasn’t going to recommend redoing something just to make money. We will definitely be using this company when we finally need a new roof.
