I highly recommend this company! I have a metal roof. My home had developed some spot leaks.They were quick to respond and send out a representative to give me an estimate and an explanation of what they thought the problem was and what they would like to do in order to fix it. They showed up when scheduled and I didn't have to wait long to be scheduled. Turn around in less than a week. Shane, The Roofman that they sent to my home, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made beautiful work of the repairs. Answered all of my questions. And was extraordinarily Pleasant to be around. The cleanup of the job site was impeccable. NOT a scrap left behind. If I ever develop more problem areas ..this is who I will be calling

I called five different roofers to fix a leak in our roof. One Call Roofers was the quickest to respond, in about 30 minutes. I asked for estimate. He came over the next day, inspected the roof, realized the old roofing job did not nail stuff properly which was causing the leak. He fixed the insignificant problem and told us how to fix the mold.

Kind, friendly, super duper helpful. We saved his card. We will definitely be contacting him when next we have a roofing issue and recommend him to EVERYONE!

I needed to repair a leaking skylight in the few short days between spring thunderstorms. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not calling One Call first. The "repair" that was made by the other company did not even survive one storm. Thankfully, I called One Call, and Joe ensured me that his team would have my roof repaired before the next day's storm. Came home to rain in our kitchen so I called One Call Roofing and Chris was extremely responsive and helpful. After he looked at it, he worked with me to schedule a time for repair that would accommodate me and my family. The repair was done professionally and there wasn't any "selling" of additional products or services. Robert and Rocky did an excellent job repairing the leak, including interacting with my children who thought the leaves falling off the roof were the highlight of their day. I had a great experience with One Call Roofers. We had a roof leak where the previous owner had not installed flashing under the shingles on a portion of our roof. These guys knew exactly how to fix it and we're done in under 4 hours on a pretty big job. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with One Call Roofers!! We actually moved to Houston and needed the roof on our home in B'ham repaired. They came highly recommended and we can definitely see why. We handled everything by phone. They sent us pictures of the parts of the roof they replaced, and also sent us pics of the completed work. The repair-work was great! Outstanding work and experience. I needed a company that does it all. We had multiple things to fix from a home inspection and One Call did it all!! The main repair was to fix some areas on the roof. Chris from One Call came out to take a look and they had workers out there fixing it the next day. They were very easy to communicate with and offered an incredible price for all of the repairs needed. Very satisfied with all of the work performed. Excellent customer service. I called about having (2) turbines installed on the roof and I was able to get a quote over the phone. No hassle and no hurdles to jump over. One Call Roofers did a great job on my roof. They drove down to my property to give me an estimate, and then came out and repaired my roof a day earlier than we originally discussed. Since it has been raining, I was very happy about that. Also the whole company was very nice. Will definitely call them for any problems in the future.
