Bill and the crew at Old McDonald Roofing did a great job with our complicated roof in a historic district. Bill communicated clearly, let us know what was happening, and asked us about any particulars he knew we would have opinions about. He even discovered and fixed a problem with on of our vent stacks. The team was fast and efficient and the yard was cleaned up each day to keep our pup from getting hurt. Highly recommend this roofer!
Attempted several times to contact this company by phone to schedule a time for an estimate. No one ever answered when I called. I finally decided to fill out their request form online asking for someone to contact me. When completing the form, it states that “an Old McDonald Roofing representative will contact you by the next business day to provide your free estimate.” I competed the form on either a Tuesday or Wednesday and did not receive a phone call until
Tuesday of the next week when I was advised a representative had come by my house for the estimate. How unprofessional can you get? You state on your website that you will follow up with someone by the next business day and then just come by their house unannounced. There are many reasons you don’t just come by someone’s house unannounced when they do not know who you are. Again, so unprofessional!!!! I of course told the lady that we were not interested in their services.
