Fired these clowns half way through the job. Dug a 6 inch trench for a retaining wall. Werent gonna use rebar. They also were gonna short me on a row of bricks. No site manager ever showed up as promised. Nobody spoke english. The boss man wouldnt call me on my own phone. I could only talk with him by using one of his workers phones. SUPER SHADY COMPANY. I QUESTION IF THEY ARE LEGIT. WILL BE SUBMITTING A CLAIM TO CA CONTRACTORS BOARD.

They made my home look beautiful. Ben was very understanding and always assured us that it would turn out the way it did. The staff Alex, Josh, Julio and John the owner very pleasant and we're all just so attentive always returning calls and full filling all of our requests. Very good business and we are so glad we decided to allow them to do our home. A special thanks to Benjamin for all of your support. We highly recommend Ocean Exteriors especially for reviving this old 1914 home.

Henry P cane out to repair previous work done by Ocean Exteriors. He was very neat (laid covering over my plants, and drop cloths on sidewalk). He repaired paint bubbling on eaves, and stucco pealing on side of the house. He made sure the color match was perfect! Very detail oriented.

I had a great experience. Henry P was just here to take care of a large deep hole in the coating around a pipe coming out of the wall. He figured out how to take care of it. By the time he was done, I could not even tell where the hole was. It looks really nice.

Henry P. was very kind and professional towards me. I am extremely satisfied with his work ethic and knowledge of what needed to be done!!

I called Ocean Exteriors Inc & told them I simply needed Vinyl Flooring installed & I wanted a quote. I knew the square footage but they insisted on sending someone out. We had a 5pm appointment & their guy was an hour late. He gives me a long diatribe about the Small Business Administration licenses & on & on. I kept saying I just want a quote. An hour later he Finally tells me they only install flooring I buy from them. They wasted 3 hours of my valuable time and I was completely Dumbfounded by their Ignorance and Stupidity. The “salesman” was nice hence the ONE STAR

These people took advantage of an elderly lady, my mom, she was 94, blind in one eye, hard of hearing, scribbled a contract 9.000 something to do attic insulation, she didn,t even need, my sisters and I tried to get a refund, my one sister finally got threw to someone about a gutter contract, and was cancelled. But other than that we fought hard to get a refund for her, I emailed , came back,? faxed didn,t go threw? Called several times always said management will call back? And when we talked to them they always said we are in the process of moving, they are shady and prey upon the vulnetable

Placed request on Nextdoor, a neighborhood app, for estimates on painting wrought iron gates & railing.
Joel contacted me through app saying he could do it & made 10am apt for a quote the next day. Asked me if "Mr. Cook " would be there, I said irrelevant since not married. He never said was sending a company or that he was not coming. 2 men from Ocean Exteriors showed up at 10 the next day for "stucco and trim appointment ". Told told them it wasn't for that it was for the painting of the gates and rails. Instead they tried to upsell me into purchasing gutters and that they would throw in the painting for free. I was also looking for gutters so decided to listen. After talking said they would come back in 1 hour with some ladders to do some measurements and then get back to me with a quote- they never showed up or contacted me. I had contacted Joel, explained my frustration that they never showed up or contacted me , he said it was because my husband wasn't there! WHAT? Never said I was married, he assumed and then basically said a woman shouldn't make a decision without their husband. This is sexist and discriminatory. Told him I would not do business with Ocean Exteriors. Now 2 days later two other men showed up from Ocean Exteriors saying they had 10am appointment, I had no apt. They wanted to talk about the gutters. Told them wasn't doing business with them. Take a look at their Yelp reviews, very poor, not even 3 stars. Wouldn't ever do business with a sexist company.

We had them come to our project in Anaheim to do some work on our house. We scheduled them to replace a lot of trim wood and fascia boards that were damaged. They also did some stucco repairs than painted the whole exterior.
The salesman Nick was very informative and spent probably more time with us than he would have liked, but wanted us to know exactly what we were getting and what to expect along the way.
The project manager Eddie Solorzano was a big help in making sure our little extra concerns were taken care of by his crew in a timely manner. Eddie was there everyday and walked the project with me to make sure we were happy with the work that was being done.
The two men doing the work Jorge and Juan were very professional and at the end of day made sure everything was clean and put away.
They treated my house as if it was their own.
Thanks to the whole TEAM from start to finish.
You made my house look new and fresh. After the house was finished we decided to add gutters to protect our investment.

Ocean exteriors install my flooring a couple years ago was fine when we started to buckle a little bit. We called them for a service and they came out and replaced the old boards with new ones. Very happy with the work.

I'm in contract with this company and am on contract for a huge job - several hundred thousand, and I haven't been contacted by this company once in the last 3+ months!! Not quality, no service, nothing. I've been managing my project alone and without a PM, no concern or worry from this company. My spouse and I are preparing to handle this because they're not right. All the promise, all the sales to get into contract and once we closed our very expensive loan, they've ghosted us!! Save yourselves, you don't want to use them!! Ocean was supposed to be managing every aspect of our project, from plans to completion, we've been left to do this all on our own!!

Had my gutters replaced and the house painted. The work was excellent and done in a timely manner. Workmen were professional and courteous.

No showed for initial consultation, then over 4 hours late to our next scheduled appointment. Once assessed, the price for service was inflated, the pressure to sign today was high, and the sales tactic of the discounts are only good for today was in poor taste and bad business. It was clear that the representative did not want me to get other quotes as their prices for service were well over the standard costs for repairing and painting a house. You should not need to take on another mortgage to paint your house! Beware of their predatory sales tactics. Do your homework no matter what they say!

Everyone doesn’t communicate with each other. They supposed to repaint my house again cause of deterioration of the color and that a month ago and look I’m still waiting. My recommendation don’t do business with them complete regret it. I wouldn’t give them a star but since the doesn’t let me post without a start so be it. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

**Caveat Emptor: Disappointing Experience with Ocean Exteriors**

I must express my deep disappointment with the service provided by Ocean Exteriors. This review comes after experiencing a second significant leak in the roof of my property, which has led to a frustrating and drawn-out process of attempting to arrange repairs.

Upon initially contacting Ocean Exteriors on February 4th, it took persistent outreach before a temporary solution was arranged on February 6th. Unfortunately, this temporary fix proved inadequate, leading to further delays and adjustments due to adverse weather conditions. Despite assurances from their representatives and even taking time off work on three separate occasions, no substantive progress has been made. There's a big plastic tarp covering part of my roof, and it feels like we're no closer to fixing it than we were a month ago. I have family coming over this month for a memorial for my recently deceased mother-in-law, and I need this sorted before they arrive. I don't feel like Ocean Roofing has taken this matter as seriously as they should.

My attempts to expedite the process by providing pictures, text, and a registered letter to the owner, as well as other documentation, have seemingly fallen on deaf ears. The lack of communication and urgency displayed by Ocean Exteriors is deeply concerning, especially considering the potential risks to the structural integrity of my property.

In conclusion, I implore Ocean Exteriors to prioritize customer service and provide a swift resolution to issues such as mine. I've been patient, but unfortunately, it seems my patience has been taken for granted. Additionally, their lack of response for repairs has left me with limited options, and the matter may have to be addressed formally through the California Contractors State License Board and legal channels. As it stands, I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

Invited them to quote for completing an ongoing addition project, as well as installing a new window and front door. Met 3 times with the team, never received a quote after all. That was in December. 2 weeks ago they call me to follow up - I tell them the project is long finished but I still need a new window installed. They came to the property again and said I will have a quote by the end of the day. said they will come back tomorrow to look around see if there’s anything else they can help us with. They came and quoted for gutters. I told them I still haven’t received the quote for the window and they acted surprised. They said they will call the office. Allegedly they did. They gave me a discount if I agreed on the gutters that day. I told them I won’t give them a response until they quote for the window which is what they initially were called for. Again I was ghosted. Tbh that’s a pretty disgusting business practice to come to my home and try to sell me stuff I don’t have but not ever quote for what you were asked to come to the house to begin with. Avoid like plague, that’s say a lot about the company.

I really wish there was a way to rate a business with 0 stars because, in my opinion, they don't even deserve 1 star. Three sales guys came to my 80-year-old mother's house and stayed for three hours, somehow convincing her to sign up for a project to paint the exterior wood, including window seals, etc. While some pieces have dry rot and need replacing, it's not a significant amount. They provided her with an estimate of $14,826.00, and she wrote them a $600 check as a down payment.

The contract clearly stated that she had 3 days to cancel for a full refund, so she promptly sent an email canceling the contract the same day after I reminded her that another company had quoted her $1,750.00 for the same project. I even spoke to one of the sales reps directly to inform him that we canceled.

Four days later, they cashed the $600 down payment check. We've emailed them twice, and no one has responded. These guys have a 2-star rating on Yelp.

I suspect their 4.5-star rating on Google may be inflated due to 5-star reviews from potentially bogus accounts. It's worth noting that the vast majority of these 5-star reviewers haven't reviewed any other business, which raises suspicions about the authenticity of their reviews.

I had my roof insulation done by ocean exteriors 3 years ago. Happy to say Rudy came by to do a service check to look for mold and found nothing. I'm so glad I did home improvements with this company

originally i thought amazing job but since they have been done i have had bubbling on our house from the paint job. i told them when they started the wood was bad and they ignored and have had to come to my house to fix at least 5 going on 6 times. this time around no one will return my calls. i have text and called Nicole who is supposed to work on this and never heard back from her. this is unacceptable.

These guys are on time! We’ve done a lot of work to our house, but out of all the contractors we’ve hired, these guys were the best and most professional.

The gentlemen that came to my home to measure the windows and provide information regarding the window products were personable and well informed.

However, when it came time for me to be provided a quote the agency and its representatives were adamant on coming back to my property versus providing the quote and allowing me to decide to proceed or not.

I had a call with a representative on multiple occasions and explained that the company did not need to return to my property. The third call we were having was disconnected. I called back and the phone was answered and then disconnected following my greeting.

I called from a different number and was fairly agitated and speaking quickly admittedly being all the back and forth. I got a gentlemen that was extremely rude and dismissive. I advised to remove my information as i was no longer interested in doing business.

0/10 do not recommend.

Personally would never do business with them following this experience. I literally went against all the terrible reviews I seen and gave the benefit of the doubt.

Ocean exteriors installed windows on the second floor of my home. They look great, getting compliments from my Neighbors. Already. 5 out of 5 star. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get their windows done.

Had my roof replaced and insulation installed. The entire process was very quick, and the work was well done. Accounting, supervisors, and workers were all very communicative and hands-on. I’m now having them install all new windows.

Had my house done, not even a year. Tried getting a hold of them SEVERAL times, even messaged the project manger I had and I saw he READ my messages and he never responded. They missed an enormous piece of my house that was not painted, there are now stains and chipping on my house which they guaranteed there would not be any. Home Depot paint at the point is better. I am extremely disappointed in this company. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Quality is not good find how much they charge and you can’t get a hold of them!
