Called Chris called me back fixed my problem and then took time to call back and explain everything I would give 10 stars if I could very professional and reliable thank you

Chris came to "service" my ac unit in my travel trailer. He said the unit was low on Freon so he put a valve on it to add more in. He said, "your not really supposed to do this because its bad for the environment, but its better then buying a whole new unit." After he left my unit kept tripping the breaker and then stopped pushing cold air (ran just fine prior to his service). I called the Coleman Manufacture directly and they said under no circumstances is anyone allowed to open the SEALED unit to add Freon. I contacted them via phone and Chris was Ignorant telling me I didn't know what I was talking about and told me he would come to my site. I told him don't bother, I have to buy a whole new unit now. Since I paid to replace the unit I have tried to contact the company many many times regarding my invoice for the Freon and Service call. They completely ignore all my attempts. For a small personal company they should have some more customer service skills, especially to not tarnish their name. I would not recommend them to work on your AC, they do not know manufacturer specifications

I cannot say enough positive things about Ocean Breeze. Had our park model trailer redone by them. They did high quality work and communicated with us throughout the process, which was delayed by Covid 19. Their prices are reasonable and they take pride in their work. After installing a new sliding glass door, we couldn’t fit our new sofa through it and couldn’t figure it how to take the door out. Chris came and not only took the door out, but helped move the sofa in!! They are a top notch family business. I recommend them HIGHLY!!!!

Needed emergency AC work on a Sunday, they return the call within half hour,to ld me when they would come. They new their stuff, at reasonable price.Very nice guys. Highly recommend
