Was very professional explain the cost with us and even helped us with our insurance adjuster. Did it in a day and clean up everything. I couldn’t find anything even nail they missed. I highly recommend Oak Ridge Roofing! We recently had a leak in our roof, and Joey and Sam came out right away to take a look and get everything fixed. They both were up front and walked me through the entire process. Joey and Sam went above and beyond on the entire process. They cleaned out the gutters while on the roof without being asked. They also went into the attic after the leak was fixed to ensure everything looked good and make sure there was no mold. The team at Oak Ridge cares about what they do, and they care about their customers. I cannot recommend them enough, and I will be going to them with any future roofing needs.

Joey helped us get it submitted to our insurance company and due to their own mistakes, they denied the claim. Joey fought through the process making it all the way to the CEO of our insurance company. He was able to get a new roof for our church and he handled all the issues with our insurance company. He’s knowledgeable about the insurance process, he is insured, he has a highly experienced team and they cleaned up making it appear as if they had not even been there. Joey showed tremendous generosity by giving away a free installment of a new roof with no strings attached. What he did for my parents home was a blessing. He made everything easy and treated them with professionalism just as he would any other project. They even replaced half of the decking under the shingles that were rotted at no charge. Joe and his crew were fantastic! Joe did a thorough inspection of our roof and found that we did NOT have any damage that would warrant an insurance claim. Joe gave us a detailed quote and explained the entire process. His price was very fair and lower than other quotes we’d received. His crew showed up early in the morning and spent 12 hours getting our roof completed. The materials he used were high quality and the finished product was gorgeous!
