Joe did an excellent job cleaning our roof all by himself. He was suppose to have help from another team, but they didn't show up so he cleaned our roof in 95* weather and did a fantastic job!

Outstanding work at a reasonable price. We had let the moss get a little out of hand on our roof. Joseph worked very carefully, brushing by hand to remove moss without damaging shingles. Originally it was supposed to be done by two people, but one of them had an emergency so Joseph ended up doing it alone. But he did not cut corners, sticking with it until almost 9 PM to get it done. Impressive.

I needed an assessment to determine the overall condition of my older roof. I contacted Chris at NW Moss Removal to see if they could help. Dylan was able to come out later that same day for assessment. Dylan completed assessment and explained how my roof was not in need of replacement right away but would be best to clean and treat roof and then monitor annually for next 2-3 years to determine when roof will need to be replaced. Very friendly and thorough people.

Eddie from NW Moss Removal visited and helped us today in regards of the roof cleaning & gutter cleaning. They did a really great job. I saw the gutter got cleaned pretty well, they also applied the more environmentally friendly chemicals (baking soda) as moss inhibitor. I will definitely recommend using NW Moss removal!

NW Moss Removal is an excellent company, with outstanding leadership. I’ve used them for a couple of years, recommended them to my neighbors. Great work! The roof is extremely clean, they pruned back a tree that was hanging over the garage, cleaned the grounds and windows. Eddie and his helper were very professional and clearly good at what they do, great communication throughout the whole process, from scheduling to day of. Was a great experience from start to finish. As a newer home owner, I didn’t know what to expect when trying to look for a reputable company to clean my roof.

Dylan pressure washed my huge driveway and more. He was very polite, friendly and professional and did an amazing job. Very hard worker. I love the result!

I hired NW Moss Removal to do an inspection of my roof, put some Zinc Sulfate on it, inspect my gutters, and clear out any downspouts. Scheduling was easy, the price was fair, and Chris communicated well regarding timing, findings on the roof, etc. Chris and his associate were able to come over, inspect the roof, clean the gutters and downspouts, and they were quick and courteous while they were at it. Overall, I am very happy with this part of the process.

The problems started after this. After the initial work was done, Chris notified me that there was a ridge cap shingle that was missing and needed replacement. He offered to replace it and quoted price. I felt the price was fair and paid in full that same day.

A few days later it rained and I noticed that one of the front gutters was overflowing - a downspout was clearly clogged. I asked Chris about this since this was was supposedly checked. Chris agreed to come back and check out the downspout at the same time that he was going to repair the ridge cap shingle. Perfect! I received a notification that Chris was going to show up a few days later for the repair, but that time came and went and nobody showed up. I called to see if we needed to reschedule and nobody answered. I left an email to check on the status of the appointment and have not heard back. I have since called repeated times and left voicemails but nothing has happened. Unfortunately, I will be disputing the transaction with my credit card company. I am more than happy to pay for the services and I will even remove this review if they are able to complete the agreed upon work. I simply want my gutters to flow properly and the ridge cap to be repaired. Until then though, I cannot recommend this company or their work.

Update: Chris got back to me and apologized about the problem. He noted that he has been having some internal problems with their phone system and some recent hires that he is still in the process of addressing. He came out the next day and took care of the ridge cap and the clogged downspout. Overall, he apologized for the inconvenience, took care of the issues, and was very kind and graceful about it. I appreciate how he handled the situation and got the job done.

Biggest issue was the company communication which overall was very poor. They did not return messages consistently, my appointment was moved back on the same day, and they raised the estimate after I specifically confirmed the price. They did not send me an updated estimated and would not honor the original quote.

Update: in response to your response. It is inaccurate I received an updated bid and also it was verbally confirmed on the phone prior to service the bid had not changed. I learned of the increase after the service was complete.

We have had a great experience with this company over the past few years. This year due to weather, our gutter and roof cleaning was delayed, but they did their best to continue checking in with whether or not the roof was safe and thawed. Their work was thorough and they cleaned things nicely. The day after they cleaned we had a branch go through our roof. They came out for us, just to help patch it up for the rain until we can get it really fixed (and did not charge us for this!). They were very kind and helpful!! Thank you!!
