I hired Nate to do an extensive roof job.Within months the roof was leaking worse than it ever had before he worked on it. He came out one time and saw the horrendous leaks, shoveled a couple paths off the roof, put some tar in one small area. He told me he would check with the manufacturer of the product he used to reseal the roof and I never heard back from him. I have photos of all areas that were not addressed in his job. I sent those to him and have since had another company come out and have to reseal the entire roof. He still hasn't communicated with me to even to try to make this right. It was a $27,000 job!!!!
I hired them to install a garage door opener, the service has been unprofessional and communication nonexistent. I had to call to get the estimate 3 days after they were to send to me, on the day the work was scheduled no one showed no one called. 3 days later they scheduled someone else to do the installation, the guy didn't know what he was doing, was here 10 hrs and didn't finish. Have been trying to call and all I'm getting is mailbox full try again. Very poor service and poor work.

Edit: it’s 2020 and I cant believe this guy is still in business.
Edit #2: it’s 2024 and Nate is now trying to be an influencer on social media but still has no time to acknowledge me.
