Very responsive, reliable, on time, knows his stuff. His crew is just as polite and hard working. Couldn't say enough good words about all. Had windows and slider replaced, super happy. I will certainly contact Scott again for future projects.

Btw, we’ve used Northern Exposure several times & know that they do what they’re contracted to do! We’ve had our windows installed correctly by NE (& know several others who have too) & none have ever had any issues at all. Karen, maybe water got into your house bc your windows were installed incorrectly to begin with?? I’m sure NE didn’t install your windows! Think before posting such a negative review! Northern Exposure is GREAT!!

This company performed work on the house I bought for prior owner and failed to do the job properly. What’s worse is now I’m fixing all of the rotted wood and flashing not even 2 months after they completed the work, they won’t call me back and I’m beyond upset at the lack of professionalism.
