Called yesterday about a problem, Trent came out today and quickly figured it out and solved it, while explaining how it all worked. I understand what the problem is and a little bit more about GFI’s. I’ll be calling this company from here on out for anything electrical. Thanks a bunch!

I've only called and spoken over the phone but I called for some advice and there were more than willing to give it I thank them for their time and advice tried to offer some compensation but they said just write a review!

Great quick service. The staff members that came to my house were friendly, quick and knowledgeable. They were patient with my nosy, loud "helpful" dogs. I would definitely call them again and recommend their services.

I learned the hard way that North by Northwest was the best electrical service in the county. Unlike previously employed professional electrical contractors, North by Northwest can quickly and accurately diagnose electrical problems, fix them right away, and with reasonable pricing.

I just wish I'd discovered them years ago. I would suggest that anyone needing a true professional call on North by Northwest first and save yourself a lot of grief and expense.

Their customer service was top notch. They did everything I asked and more. They responded quickly to my request, they were able to schedule me quickly, they did a great job, and Luiz the drywall person was amazing. I highly recommend their services.

I hired Northwest Services to wire and install a cadet heater last summer. They had to go under the house to complete the wiring, and drill access in the walls for both the heater and a thermostat. They finished the work that same day 6 months ago. I was impressed by the reasonable cost, and the timely manner in which the job was finished. Northwest Services meets the standards of professionalism that I look for in all of the building trades, and I will definitely be hiring the company again.

Troy installed a generator bypass switch for us. He did a great job for a fair price. I also had him out to bid another job that was a simple fix that I could do on my own. He was honest and saved me a bunch of money. I will use them for any electrical work I need in the future.

During a recent storm our main line was knocked down and we needed an electrician in a pinch. Troy came out that day through the snow to provide an estimate. He was very nice and went over everything with us and put us at ease. He also moved around appointments so that we could get our power back on asap. The guys came out the following day to fix our mast. They were very professional and worked 6 hours straight in the cold to get us our power back. Huge thanks to N/NW for all the help!

Clay was on-time, communicative, and professional. He was able to repair our baseboard heating quickly, just in time for a very cold night. Not only did he do a great repair job, I had watched him drive up in the work vehicle and he was a respectful and mindful driver, especially with current hazardous road conditions. Highly recommended.

We recently had our home electrical looked at and completed. Troy and Todd were able to locate and fix all our faulty lights, outlets issues and get them working again. This also included our clothes dryer. In the process they installed new circuit breakers to replace the ones that were burnt and damaged. We highly recommend North By Northwest Services to anyone looking for a great contractor for their project. They are on time, efficient, courteous and most of all, provided great customer service. I highly recommend North by Northwest Electric. I have always tried to use local businesses when hiring jobs out but most times I don't get a resonse, and/or they don't show up. That was not the case with North by Northwest. I scheduled my appointment online which was very easy to do. Troy showed up on time, gave an estimate and immediately started work. There ended up being a lot more work that needed to be done then we thought. They stayed the whole day to make sure things got done, and they came back on a Sunday and worked all day long to finish the job. Troy and his crew were very knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to work with. Their work passed inspection and the inspector said they did a great job. I absolutely will use Troy if needed in the future, and I will recommend them to anyone needing an electrician. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Very professional! Troy was on time and he knows his trade! What we asked for Troy delivered. The price he quoted was exactly what we paid... We must note very reasonable and not pricey. We are in the middle of home remodeling and are in the beginning stages. As we continue with our remodeling, we will definitely use his services again. Moreover, we will refer him to our friends and family.

Troy and his team at North by Northwest did a great job when I needed a fast upgrade to a panel - fast and responsive, very professional! Would definitely give them a call if I need electrical work in the future.
