Sam did an amazing job renovation our bathroom in our basement. He did everything from drywall to plumbing to installing shower, toilet and sink. He is reliable and professional and his workmanship is spot on! I look forward to using him for other home projects and would highly recommend him.
Next Level Renovations remodeled our cabin. It turned out just how we had envisioned. The guys were good communicators and really listened to our ideas. They cared about doing work that really reflected what we wanted and needed. Overall, it was a great experience and they will be our go-to for every project on our property from now on.
Sam is a gem. We have hired him for more projects than I can count, to the point where my daughter almost sees him as an uncle! He has done smaller jobs (such as replacing a kitchen countertop) to larger jobs (such as finishing our entire basement, half of which is an apartment with a full kitchen... and part of that project was cutting into the concrete floor to lay plumbing for the bathroom!). Here are the some of the reasons we keep having him come back:
1. He communicates! If he is delayed in his arrival time or if he can't make it on a particular day for whatever reason, he is courteous and takes the time to reach out to us in a timely manner to let us know! Also, when he is in the middle of a job and has a question about what our preferences might be for this or that, he will seek us out for our input. We so appreciate that!
2. His attention to detail is excellent. He works with integrity and knows that his work is a representation of himself and his character. He wants it to be right and will do what it takes to make it right!
3. He can and will do just about anything. And if he can't... see #4. :)
4. He's humble. If something is beyond what he feels comfortable doing, he is honest about it. And, better yet, he is well-connected and can easily bring in someone who is more skilled than he might be in that particular area to do the job well.
5. On the rare occasion that something needed to be corrected after the fact, he has found time in his schedule to come back in a timely manner to take care of it.
6. He's reasonably priced. We have never felt like he was taking advantage of us or overcharging us.
7. He's just a nice guy! It's so nice to hire someone who is genuinely nice in addition to being hard-working and diligent and professional.
For sure we'll have Sam back. My mind is always coming up with new ideas for projects around the house! :)
