So far, he has ghosted us. We have a contract and purchase order out and signed by Newman Roofing, for a start date of July 22nd, but they have not started, and they are not returning our calls.
We can give them the benefit of the doubt until Monday the 26th but if we do not hear from them, the financial damage this will cause us because we won't be able to close on the sale of this house, will be huge.
