New Image Siding and Windows

I have done a number of roofing projects with Raleigh and I refer him to customers, friends and family. Jimmy was the lead on my parents roof. It was an extremely steep and challenging project. New image didn’t skip a beat. I had a number of “minor” requests to make things perfect. Not one person complained or moaned or groaned. They did everything asked with a smile. My parents are extremely happy with the entire experience. I have a number of other projects I could detail where they really went above and beyond but that’s it for now. We got windows so we trusted them with a bigger job our roof and siding. It has turned into a complete nightmare. False promises, poor communication within their team. Resulting in a large unjustified bill that’s going to put my family into hardship. They could care less, they collected a hell of a profit. I wouldn’t wish this nightmare on anyone.

Great company with a great owner. Did the best job ever on our house. new siding, new windows. the works. it turned out great. they walked us through everything to make sure we were pleased. all companies should be like this one.
