Great guys to work with. They explained the warrantees, and delivered as they said they would.
The project manager is Froy, he stayed in communication the whole time!

I can't say enough good things about New Castle Systems, LLC and Froy! After waiting a whole month for another contractor to do a small roof repair and worrying with winter approaching, I decided to give Froy a call. He answered right away, and from there, the service was exceptional. I contacted him during the holidays, and he was on top of everything—answering calls, texts, and emails promptly and keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. My roof repair was handled professionally and efficiently, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m so impressed that I’m planning to have them replace the roofs on a couple of my rental properties next year. Highly recommend New Castle Systems, LLC for any roofing needs!

We had to have our roof replaced in November 2019. This company is a class act. Fair bid. Daily cleanup at day's end. Ensured ground tarped so no stray nails. Worked hard and honest. My husband is a retired carpenter; he is completely satiisfied with the work Angel and his men did for us.

I am slow getting this review in because i had surgery. I want to Totally and without question recommend New Castle sys, Angel and his crew were very professional in the pre job contact making sure My wife and I were satisfied with the Color and type of shingle used. He worked along with Vance heating when we found out a vent for the furnace needed replaced on the roof. He showed up at the pre arranged time on Monday 7am with crew, they stripped the shake roof. Cleaned up every nite after work. Tuesday morning they finished up stripping the old roof and arranged and met with the city inspector and was cleared to finish job. Western Materials by the way-(fantastic business), delivered the roofing materials and Angel and crew started installing it. They worked the rest of day and cleaned up area. Wednesday they started at 7am and finished the roof by 6pm. The house is a 2 story 1800 plus sq ft home. The crew was very helpful , friendly and courteous.
