The owner, Matthew, helped us when we didn't even know we needed help. After a major storm, he was driving by and saw some tiles were missing from our roof. He stopped and left his contact info. After discovering the missing tiles myself, I reached out to Matthew, who came back the same day to take a closer look. While checking, he also saw an issue with the roof of our pavilion. After providing a reasonable estimate, a date was arranged to come back and fix the tiles. In the meantime, he used a protective sheet to help prevent the roof from leaking with a forecast of more heavy rain. Matthew reached out on the agreed upon day to confirm availability and arrived promptly at the appointed time. He fixed the tiles to where one would never know they were needed, secured surrounding tiles, and he also fixed the issue on the pavilion. Matthew was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and reasonable in his fee. I highly recommend giving him a call to help you with your roofing needs.

Honestly didn't think I was going to ever get approved , but Matt really delivered just as he said would.

Thank goodness the need for a new roof is infrequent! It's a big investment and it pays to know that the person / company that you hire will provide maximum value. I am confident that Matthew Parker and his crew have done just that.
Matthew conducted a very thorough inspection and pointed out the issues and explained typical causes. In my case the primary cause was age (20+ years) with some wind damage. He was also very thorough explaining contractual details, legal rights, obligations etc. and the advantages of using the Owens Corning "Total Protection System."
The material was delivered as scheduled and staged in the pre-planned area, as was the dumpster for scrap. The crew arrived a bit early and started the job on time.
Eight, maybe nine hours later ... a job well done, including the clean-up.
I did have one very minor issue when the job was complete. Matthew took care of that issue himself in about 10 minutes.
Matthew's biggest concern through the whole process was customer satisfaction.
He and his crew delivered!

I just recently had
My EPDM roofing replaced on a commercial building in Indianapolis. I was very happy with the workmanship, product and warranty offer by Naptown. I live in Chicago and they handled all aspects of the job. From permits and keeping me updated with phone calls and pictures throughout the completion of the job. They did the 4000sq ft roofing between rain storms in only 3 days. How often do you really trust a roofing contractor? I would use them again without hesitation . I met with Matthew and the construction manager prior to the work. Both were highly knowledgeable and if I had a question they would get right back to me quickly.
