Handyman Mitch and his guys are some of the best! We were hoping to have our water damaged floor replaced before Christmas and they came through for us. Parker, Dallas and Dustin were efficient and picky about every detail of the installation. They were professional, answered our questions and respected our home. I know who we're calling next time we need help with remodeling- Handyman Mitch! Thanks guys!

Mitch was professional over the phone and responsive to my emails describing the the project area and attached pictures. Brandon was the one who came out to do the repair work, he was friendly and walked us through the work he did step by step. The work was well done, and the area was cleaned up after he was completed. Afterwards Mitch called me to walk me through the work that was completed to make sure I knew what went into the repair that was completed prior to sending out the invoice. I highly recommend them.

We spoke with Mitch several times about getting an estimate on a leaky roof. It's my daughter's house and she is no longer in ND so my husband was asked to call and discuss what needed to be looked at. Mitch said he could look at it Tuesday of the following week around 9 am. We made arrangements to have the door open, which it was, and to give my husband a call after he looked at it. No call came so my daughter called and left a message. After a day or so she called again..still no reply. My husband was going to Grand Forks Saturday and so he thought he'd called to check on status he but l ended up getting voice mail so he left a message stating he'd be there and to give him a call with what he found. No return call. So it appears Mitch is ignoring the calls. Very unprofessional. If you do not have time or didn't get a chance to look at the roof call and let us know! This wasted our time. Given this poor communication I would not recommend Mitch from My handyman Service.
