I had a leak in my condo. MSB came that day and coordinated and repaired all of the necessary work. They were amazing! Everything was done correctly and professionally. No one wants a leak/flood but they were great and I recommend them without any hesitation. Best team ever in the worst situation.

MSB remediated damage from a waste leak that affected our garage. Their office staff was extremely responsive, and their workmen were prompt and efficient.
I did have one minor problem with a part of the work, and MSB promptly corrected it, though they'd have been justified saying it was not part of their work.

The science lab at the school I teach at flooded. Our ops manager brought in MSB to clean up and restore the classroom. I can't say enough good things about their crew's professionalism and quality of work on our campus. Our restored lab was back better than new and every employee I interacted with was awesome. I used MSB twice for the facility I run. I had two emergencies with flooding and they were responsive and came out the same day both times. The emergency crew team (headed by Mike Rubalcava) was professional, thorough and did an amazing job! Highly recommended!

Having difficulty with my insurance company, MSB did nothing to assist me. In fact they sent an aggressive, rude employee to threaten me with a lien on my home. I had no intent to bilk this company. I was unable to get return phonecards when I attempted to speak to higher level management. I would never use this company for anything. Communication was poor, and they just Don't seem to care.

Went away on a one week vacation and came home to find a disaster. Water heater had leaked and and unfortunately flooded the entire house. MSP Disaster Services showed up the exact same day that I called and immediately began the assessment. They quickly sent a wonderful crew to do all of the repairs. Crew worked very cleanly and were extremely professional. If you are ever unfortunate enough to have a situation like this happen to you, please don’t hesitate to call MSP Disaster Services for guaranteed amazing results.

I had a flood in my apartment and MSB got hired by the insurance company to clean up and repair damages. It wasn't a fun process at all but I felt like my belongings were in good hands. The process took much less time than I had imagined, and now all baseboards, flooring, and walls look better than before. Thanks MSB for making a difficult process much much easier!

Hired the MSB company for emergency response (drying up the floor) as well as the repair, following a leak on living room of my apartment. During the emergency work, they took the wooden baseboard and cover, so they can get new ones – similar to original ones – when the time comes for repair. The baseboard was unique to the bar area, different from rest of the living room. Enclosed photo shows the two areas from which baseboards were taken.

The company decided not to take on the repair work when the home insurance approved a payment less than their estimation, but took them 55 days to notify me of their strange decision.

When I asked for sample wooden pieces, so I can purchase similar new baseboards accordingly, it took the company 8 more days to respond with “we have discarded them”! To my disbelief, they had discarded what belonged to the client, without permission, and without taking any form of responsibility or accountability. The foreman, Ruben Rubalcava, dismissed my request with “the insurance carrier should be paying for those pieces”! missing on the whole point that I needed the samples in order to match new baseboards to the original ones.

I do NOT recommend working with MSB. As much of the big name they have, they deliver little, and leave you in regret at the end.

If you want to have your place with an unfisnished work for over 10 days , this is the company to call. I talked to the field supervisor in Ventura, Virginia, and this person just lacks any kind of basic manners. Trying to yell at me, calling me "dude" and "hey you"on the phone because I reminded her of the time this "fixing" problem is taking and also tried to blame me because one of their crew members left a draining pipe unscrewed and thr place got all wet again. So because they got hired by the HOA, the tenant jas no right to say or question anything eventhoug we are the ones affected by this big mess. Apparently it is my fault (tenant) that they missed some spots where the humidity levels were high and weren't addressed for over a week. To be fair, when I interacted with her crew members, they guys who actually do the job, they were polite and conduct themselves in a professional manner.
So here applies the "one bad apple" saying. So if you live in Westlake or TO stayed away from this company or be ready to have the "pleasure" of meeting Virginia.
