I was so thankful to have had Mrc working on our claim! We had a house fire that put us out of house for 6 months. They came in when we were having a huge nightmare with adjusters and mark was over the top helpful navigating us through it. Mark handled the remediation on our home. He was incredible to work with. Honest, fair, and has integrity. Contractors like him are hard to find. Hopefully I don’t need to use a mold remediation service again but if I do he will be my first call.

Lost power for 13 hours, so my sump pump wasn't able to keep the basement dry. Gave MRC Restoration a call and they came right over within the hour. Immediately got to work extracting the water out of my basement. Was very pleased with the customer service, work performed, patience with me and while working with insurance. Will definitely call for their service again if needed in the future!

I first met Mark on the 22nd of December the day after our electrical fire. Mark and his staff were very efficient, hardworking, trustworthy,and very caring to our needs. Our home was giving back to us better than it was before our fire we are so grateful. Thank you guys.

Mark and his team renovated our bathrooms when we moved into our home. They were responsive and understood what we wanted. They also repaired our sump pump and well pump. All done in a professional and timely manner. Highly recommend.

We had a pipe burst in our home Christmas Eve at 2am. I called Mark at 3am, and he had a crew out to my house by 9am Christmas Eve morning. Every step of the process was explained well and his crew were always very courteous. I can't thank them enough for their quick response to our life altering emergency.

He refused to work with our insurance company to get the mold removed and rebuild our house. Insurance pointed out the double charges he was doing, and how he was extreme aggressive with them. Insurance almost dropped us due to his poor behavior. He was also pushing us to get a lawyer to sue our insurance company. Once he refused to provide a W9 to our insurance, we seemed out other company’s. The other company’s cost comparison was a fraction of what he was trying to charge us.

Mark and his crew came up and helped several of our clients that were affected by the flooding in St. Louis. They were very responsive and were able to help our clients that had flooded basements. There pricing was competitive and crews were very professional. Highly recommend MRC Restoration.

What a team! These guys knocked it out of the park. I've been dealing with mold damage and water damage to my home and their knowledge and expertise really helped me to understand what I was up against. It's tough to find good help sometimes and I'm really happy with their level of service during the whole project. Highly recommend for any restoration projects.
