Mountain Valley Roofing did a great job replacing our roof and Justin was extremely helpful and patient with the insurance claim process. Robert also had to come out to our house and tarp sections of our roof in 5 separate times when new issues popped up with the month straight o rain this summer. Without Justin and Robert from Mountain Valley we would have a much more difficult time dealing with insurance and would have had much bigger issues to deal with, I highly recommend this company!

This company knows their business! Hard workers, polite, listened to me, left my property very clean after a messy job! I have an A-Frame house and it was a beast of a job! It looks amazing, they did it the right way for my steep pitched roof, and the chimney flashing was also sealed and looks wonderful!!

Mountain Valley Roofing did everything they said they would. They tore off the old roof, replaced all the rotten plywood, installed new flashing, and cleaned up so well it was almost like they were never here. Justin's guys completed the job in 2 days, and the new roof looks great.

called on a weekend to repair 2 shingles. shingles came off in heavy rain and wind. replace shingles with what he had on his truck. he would come back and replace with correct shingles in a few days.

Justin is simply the best! From start to finish (a drawn out process) he guided me through every step. He was thorough and even did a 2nd inspection when my insurance tried to only replace half my roof! He was easy to communicate with and everything he and his company said transpired without issue. We had an insurance claim for hail damage. It is not a straightforward process. Justin was able to come in with a drone and pinpoint the extensive damage and coordinate that with past weather data specific to the 1/4 mile around our house. This substantiated the claim-step one. The next step was walking through the convoluted estimate process required for the claim. This actually took the longest time. He worked with us to get the exact color & material we wanted to replace our shingles. He scheduled with us, communicated, told us the plan and when the spring rain allowed came in and did the job. They protected the surfaces below the roof, cleaned up daily and were done in 2 days and back the 3rd to detail clean the yard and bushes any lingering debris. I highly recommend this company and wish they offered more services because I’d love all our construction projects to go this smoothly.

Justin is a licensed HAAG engineer and knows the legal jargon enough to tell when insurance companies are doing you wrong.

Last year an adjuster hired by Liberty Mutual came to my house and damaged my roof while he was there. Afterwards, Liberty mutual declined my claim citing a report from a HAAG engineer that came by later, which turned out to be faulty.

Mountain Valley Roofing was the third roofer I called to give me a quote. They showed up on time, took pictures of my roof, and gave me a quote in a couple of days. Justin came back out and walked me through exactly what he was going to do, and I picked out my shingles I pointed out to him where I had a leak on a deck roof addition, and he said they would take care of it. His crew showed up and took two days to complete the job. Justin came out for the final inspection and ensured everything was cleaned up. The roof leak I had on the deck addition has been fixed. We had heavy storms a couple of days ago and I didn't see one drop. I am very impressed with Justin and his company. I hope I don't need to use them again,, but if I do, I will definitely call Justin.
