Just got an invoice two years later claiming there’s no record of payment along with a threat of collections after 30 days lol. This company two years later got a statement out and now I get to search through two years of my own records to check if they are actually correct. Happy to pay if they are but an invoice two years later and threat of collections is comical. 1 ⭐️

Simply put this is the only Home inspection service you should consider in Natrona County. I’ve use the other three main inspection services and frankly I have to say that they are not worth the money. After have any inspection done by mountain peak inspections you will realize that not only are you getting your moneys worth, but you were getting an amazing job done that’s going to help you in the future. The amount of detail that’s gone into to make sure that every nook and cranny is checked as well as every appliance, light switch, roof shingle and foundation crack will be checked, reported on and photographed. You are not gonna get a two or three page report and a bill. You were going to get a long detailed report that has everything you need to know when purchasing a house or before selling your house to make sure that everything is working properly and up to code. I know that’s exactly what I want and expect when I’m spending my own money on a job. The best, and that’s what you’re getting with Mountain Peak Inspections. Highly recommended.

I don't think there's a better home inspection company in Casper. Chad was incredibly thorough, professional, and helpful inspecting the house I was under contract on. They found 10K plus worth of items out of code and terrible patch job repairs done by the previous owner (seriously, they used a bucket to patch a hole in the shed roof).
They had to come out 3. more.times. to verify the seller/sellers agent had completed all the repairs, and not once had they fixed all of them.

Thanks to these guys I got most everything fixed and money back in the process for the items undone or degraded by their repairs.

Also, NEVER let the seller contract/pay for the repairs directly. Negotiate a sum up front. As I was warned and did find out, they will get everything done the cheapest and most ineffective way possible.

We had a inspection done on a house we bought by Mountain Peak and they found alot and missed alot. After 2 years and and alot of money we invested in repairing the house and property and fixing everything that they pointed out the first time we put the house up for sale. Mountain peak gets to inspect it again and comes up with all new problems and scares the buyer away, we contact our agent and she cannot believe what they have done. We sit down with her and go over both reports, we are in disbelief what they said on the 2nd report. I would not hire this company to inspect a dog house and they are not professional.

Nate is on point when it comes to inspections! My wife and I are in the process of buying or first home and our realtor suggested Mountain Peak for a general inspection and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Nate was very thorough and took the time to inform us what he was doing. Most contractors and the like will just point and say some form of mumbo-jumbo to sound impressive. I was beyond impressed with the dedication and time he spent inspecting our soon to be home. When we got the inspection report I was blown away yet again with how well and professional his report was. There was pictures with arrows pointing to concerns with suggestions of who and what should be done.

He knows what he's doing and is very personable. Can't say enough good things here. 10/10 would recommend!
