We also had Randy Ward as our Representative that Came out to get details of what we were wanting to build, so we could get an estimate. Stayed for maybe 20 min. He said he would contact us in a week with the estimate, Never heard from him or anyone else from Morton building, tried calling and texting and he Never answered. he finally text my husband once after a month of trying to contact him. Said he had some personal issue been dealing with and he would get our estimate to us, We thought ok, no problem we understand. But Never heard from him again, period! That was 3 months ago. So unprofessional, it is a big company you would think if he was having personal issues he would have had us work with another representative in the company, but nope just left us hanging.. I can’t believe that they even have a business with how they treat customers! If I could give no stars I would. Extremely disappointed and cannot believe the complete lack of professionalism from this company!! Don’t waste your time. You won’t hear from them again anyway!

It seems that Randy Ward is so busy that if anyone asks any questions or doesn't just buy in and spend whatever without asking how or why he simply does not return calls and stops answering emails. Must be nice to have so much business that you can pass over cash paying customers that want to have options and a nice house. We went with QSI and talk about 180 degrees of difference in customer service. Kyle Green answered all our questions and was very professional.

We were given Randy Ward as our sales representative. Spoke to him and exchanged text messages and emails the first day very well. I have had four correspondence since where I have asked specific questions and was just sent to generic links to their YouTube page and their website. When I called into the office to speak to Rita who is a wonderful person over the phone. I was just told this was unlike him and he would get back with me. That was six days ago we have decided to move on with another company.

Rita added hometown atmosphere to a national company and helped me get the materials I needed to repair my 30 year old shop!

How is this place still in business???????? Been going back and forth for about a month between emails, constant calling to the salesman and the office. Was told he would get me a bid by this morning after all the calls just to get something and of course............nothing. Called corporate. She said she would get ahold and get back with me. No response back. Now I know where they get their poor communication from. If I treated my potential customers like this I would no longer have a job....

Very disappointed as I never really found out if they make a quality product. I filled out the online questionnaire and received a call back from Randy. Unfortunately he stood me up and never showed up even though I had taken off work. I sent him a text which he was apologetic and we setup an appointment the next day. He did show up for the appointment and we discussed my request. After 3 weeks I never received a proposal which I texted him again. This time I couldn't get him to responded back. I've had many different contractors and tend to stay away from those who never stand by their word but decided to call the Manufacturer instead. I voiced my concern with Randy not standing by his word and not keeping me informed. The company was very apologetic as well but their only recommendation was to call Randy and to try to get him to respond to me. At this point I had decided to take my business elsewhere as I felt the trust in this company is gone.
