They are always so friendly. I can drop my car off on the mornings on my way to work and they offered to take me and drop me off at work. When my car is ready they call me immediately and it's usually ready by lunch time. I really appreciate the promptness especially scheduling my appointments around my work schedule. Thank you all so much!

Two years ago on, Halloween night, the service department was doing end of month paperwork, and was closed (but didn't know it) and I showed up with a flat tire on my way back to my home in Bristol, VA. The two gentlemen there rescued me! They changed my tire and sent me on my way. I'll be forever grateful for their kindness and for them "just happening" to be available when I needed them. God is so good!

I had went with my baby sister and her husband Reuben had came by the house to pick me up and I had went with them to look at some vehicles but they wasn't able to find the right kind of vehicle that they was looking for but I knew one of the salesman that waited on my baby sister and her husband Reuben

Nice folks prices on their ford EcoSport were just higher than other places plus not many to choose at that time

It took longer than usual for an inspection sticker, and it did irritate me that I was told there would be no extra charge for the actual sticker for me to just come back after I had the windshield replaced and they would put it on, they had put a rejected sticker on until then. Well I was charged another $20, so i had to pay $40, even though they assured me I wouldnt be charged any extra!! Very bad experience today..

I purchased a used truck from here and had it shipped up to MN. Ken the salesman was nice to work with and I appreciate him doing everything over the phone. Truck was delivered to me on a Saturday (12/12) and the next morning I came out to a huge puddle of coolant on my driveway. Come to find out that it needs a new water pump after bringing it to my local Ford dealer (12/16). I was told there was nothing wrong with the truck when I purchased it and that it had gone through their "inspection." $2,100 to get the truck fixed. Morgan McClure hesitated to pay for the repairs but willing to send me the parts. I am still waiting on my parts... They were supposed to be here a week ago on the 23rd-24th and I don't think I will receive them until next week (1/4-1/5). After not seeing or hearing about my parts, I called a week after they supposedly shipped them and needed to remind them to get the parts shipped to me. Now I am stuck with a large repair bill and losing out on opportunity for my truck, while it sits, waiting on their parts. Poor communication and poor customer service. I would consider buying elsewhere.

Honestly one owner was rude and acted as if i didnt matter....left and tbh had a bad attitude it seemed the other owner was super nice super friendly and very helpful but i just couldnt bring myself to do business that because of the way s was. Customer service skills definately lacking

First time shopping at this store, our salesperson was kind and knowledgeable, and everything was kinda laid back,(no pushy salespeople) which we like. Were still trying to Iron out a deal on a truck, so we'el see how that goes, but, so far so good.

This dealership has an awesome service department. My wife and I are full time RVers and needed brake work done. Fast. We called them and they got us in the next day. They took time to explain what they needed to do and even gave us a loaner car so we didn't have to sit in the waiting room. Everyone was friendly. I would recommend this dealer for your service work.

Perfect experience buying my Shelby GT350 from them! Ken from sales was great and provided me with all the requested information. I got exactly the trade in value for my old car which was estimated via internet. I had 0 hassle with finance to buy stupid warranties ect. - very rare in the US.
