Excellent to work with, and everything was done in a timely manner, and with great workmanship. Very pleased we selected Minihan to complete the job. Highly recommend.

We had a cedar shake roof and it was time for replacement. The quote was inline with other companies and our neighbors also had them replace there roofs. It’s been a year now and everything has held up with no issues. I would recommend the quality of there roofing.

Had a leak on an 18 year old roof. We contacted Minihan & Sons and they were able to come out within a couple of days.
To my surprise Frankie found the problem, repaired it, and told me my roof was still in fair condition and that I probably had a couple of more seasons in it.
Could have easily told me I needed a new roof, instead was honest with me and completed the repair before the rain came back.

Thank you to Chris, Shannon, and Frankie for being a stand up business with stand up employees.

This company did a great tear off and roof replacement on my two apartment buildings. Their bid price was competitive and all current codes followed. The crew chief Franky did a great job getting the things done in record time.
