They won't cut your keys anymore. They of course don't have the key I need, so got my own. It's a valet key. It only opens my car door. Like any regular house key, same metal, same everything! Guess they don't trust their key cutting skills or if you don't buy one from them(which they don't have) they won't cut them. LMFAO! Sad part is, I've went there my whole life with no issues! That's ok, they'll be out of business like all of the other hardware stores closing up that overcharge and don't do things they used to anymore! I'm sure they'll have some cock n bull response too. Lololol. And, no. I'll never come back for your overpriced items.
Polks in Cedar Falls did it for 4 dollars lol.

Great selection for a local hardware store. They typically have everything we need and more. We love having this in town as they usually have even better selection than the big box alternatives. Every visit we find more than what we went looking for.

Rented a carpet shampooer - got it home and it did not work - returned it and got a different one and it did not work correctly either. It only sprayed the solution on one side. Was refunded the rental fee (thank you) but what about my 3 trips to town and time and inconvenience???? Nothing - very disappointed in Miller True Value.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that (time permitting) always go out of their way to help you out. I bought a snowblower and they helped get it to my house since our trailer was buried in snow.

I always prefer shopping local. Staff is friendly. Not always the cheapest, but, it's not much higher either. Would rather see a neighbor get the money than a corporation

I love the millers in Waverly. Staff is great. If someone doesn't know an answer to something they find the answer or find the person who is the expert in that item. Always nice people with a smile.

Exceptional service and good product selection. Very friendly and helpful, every staff member that I've talked to during my many visits knows the location of everything in the store. I've also had staff members give me great advice on projects, suggesting that there was an easier and cheaper way than I was pursuing. I highly recommend shopping here first if at all possible, as you won't get this kind of service at Walmart, and it supports a local business.
