During the past 17 years Miller Homes, Inc. has completed three separate building projects for me at various locations: 1) A beautiful 15’ x 15’ Sunroom and deck addition to an existing house where the materials researched and chosen (vinyl siding, windows, and brick, etc. ) matched perfectly with the existing structure, 2) An 1100 sq ft two-story addition to an existing house that is both aesthetically appealing and complimentary to the existing structure with an added covered 10’ x 10’ porch and 27’ x 8’ deck, and 3) An exquisite hardwood staircase that is a main and elegant feature and focal point of the entry to our home.

I have chosen Miller Homes, Inc. on several occasions for my construction needs not only because of their outstanding workmanship, but also because of their work ethic, fairness, honesty, and willingness to accommodate the homeowner.

I have relied on Ben Miller, owner, and his crew, including Lyndon Yoder, for the past nearly two decades for my building needs because I trust that their craftsmanship will be of superior “second-to-none” quality and the project will be completed in a timely fashion.

Recently I contacted Ben Miller regarding a minor structural issue that I noticed with the sunroom that was built 17 years ago. He immediately stopped by to look at it. Within 10 days a crew arrived to address the problem. I was relieved and also heartened to know that there was a builder “out there” who would, even after nearly two decades, be willing to come back to address a problem when most probably would not.
