my experience with miller brothers roofing & construction was truly fantastic! colby met me at my place, went over several options, and provided me with a quote. i had a flat roof with a white membrane (tpo) that was 20 years old and leaking badly. colby kept an eye on the weather and found the perfect dry day to tear off and replace my old roof. before their visit, i had no idea my roof was in such bad shape, but i was constantly squeegeeing it after each storm, and still had water dripping inside. finding a company to give me a bid was a challenge until i was referred to them. since the new roof was installed, it has rained multiple times, and i haven’t had any leaks inside my building! the snow around my building has also melted, and i was surprised at how little roofing debris i found on the ground. my building is two stories tall, and they managed the tear-off perfectly by dropping debris into a trailer and hoisting the new material up to the top! i couldn't be happier with colby, his crew, their company, and the quality of my installation! i even got another bid from a different company that was five times higher than miller brothers. i will definitely be recommending colby to my family and friends!

I am here on behalf of the government & am in need of a roof on a government owned building. I tried calling in regards too setting up an appointment to get pricing on a roof and this was my experience. I called and the guy on the phone asked me if I'd like to get pricing or set up an appointment, I then had him transfer me. However, the call did not go through & I then called him again & told him what happened. When I told him what had happened he sounded confused & tried again. The same issue happened, and so I called a third time and the phone call didn't go through. I tried to give them a call three more times and my line was blocked. I found that out when I tried with my other line. I reached the same man that I spoke to originally and was in the middle of explaining what happened and he ended the call. I tried to call one more time and now my other line doesn't go through.
I'm not here to sound like a "Karen" but when someone deliberately declines your calls & hands up on you.. it stirs up an issue.

mr. dumford and his crew were absolutely amazing from beginning to end. the person who picked up the phone was great and mentioned that mr. dumford could come out a few days later, which he did right on schedule. i had him come to provide a quote for replacing a skylight to prepare for new homeowners since we were selling the house. he was honest, professional, and really friendly. that day, he gave me a fair quote, and we ended up selling the home a few weeks later. just two weeks before moving out, the old skylight started leaking because of the weather, so i reached out to mr. dumford. he managed to squeeze me into the schedule as quickly as possible. the crew arrived on time but had to wait a little while due to the weather to prevent rain and snow from coming inside. once it cleared up, they got right to work and finished in just a few hours. one of the guys even let me know they needed to fix something they accidentally broke, which i really appreciated. i give mr. dumford and his team 1,000 stars!

While Colby was here, he took the time to inspect the shingled part of the roof as well. We had previously replaced the entire roof and most of the plywood in the late '80s and had it re-shingled again in 2010 by another roofing company. Coly noted a few things that needed attention, including curling shingles, cracked flashings around the vents and pipes, soft spots, and some ventilation issues. He explained that replacing the rolled roof would require peeling back the shingles a few feet, but since we had two layers of deteriorating shingles, a complete tear-off was necessary to do the job right. Colby also pointed out that the skylights in the sunroom weren’t the best fit for the slight pitch of the roof, which clarified the leaking problems we had experienced. We received a fair quote, and while we knew at least ten sheets of plywood would be needed in the sunroom, it turned out that a total of 54 sheets were replaced due to the plywood deterioration.
