Mike Hayes Roofing sided my house with new gutters and did a great job. They did it with NO flaws and they were on time with everything. They did all this for a more than fair price.
I would hire them again in a heartbeat if I had anything else to be done.

While cleaning my gutters when was knocked loose leaving a gap causing large puddles deform next to my foundation. I tried contacting the company by email and by calling them weekly, when they did answer they would use circle excuses constantly assuring me they are aware of my situation but never scheduling to fix my gutters. After a month and a half I ended up buying a ladder and fixing it myself.

Hayes roofing did a great job from beginning until the end on our roof tear off and replacement. Fair prices and great service.

I don't often give reviews but this company deserves one. They stand by their word. They were respectful to my family and my property. The price couldn't be beat. The work is excellent. Communication was easy. Clean up was excellent. Job was done fast.This is a very honorable company. They stand by their word. I give them my highest recommendation!!!!!

I contacted Mike for a quote to get the roof replaced on my cottage and garage. He quoted it same day, made me aware of all existing issues he discovered during his inspection, and walked me through how he and his crew would address all those issues during the new installation.
I was added to his schedule right away and the work was completed within a week of accepting the quote. The old roof was torn off and the new one installed in the same day.
Couldn't have asked for better service.

I have dealt with Mike for many years. He has constructed my last two houses. The house I now live in was constructed without without a contract, on a handshake agreement. Our agreement was that he would charge 10% over the cost of the construction. At the end I gave him a check for $14,000. I can’t think of another contractor I could make such an agreement.

Honest business! Took care of any concerns we had, quality of work was great and the whole team was polite and friendly. John was a delight to work with. Highly recommend this company.

John Hayes of Mike Hayes Roofing was prompt and knowledgable. His skill at assessing the work to be done seems to be very accurate. Although we have not agreed to a contract yet, we are waiting on the details of price and installation availability, we will continue to view this company as reliable and one that should be consulted as we, or you, review bids.

John hayes came out and checked our house for a siding qoute, then sent a guy out afterwards to check if our siding could be repaired with the same type. They no longer make the siding on our home so we wanted a qoute for the whole home to be resided. The only response after they came out was a text message they Don't make the siding anymore. We called repeatedly and left messages I even sent text messages to find out if they could send over an estimate or let us know what our options were for another siding, they simply did not respond at all to any calls reguarding a qoute. I would have expected them to at least call and say something,they had my phone number, email and address. No qoute!

Update 06/13/2022 I was personally confronted today in public by the owner Mike Hayes for my review of his company. I was talking to friends and he came and decided to interrupt my evening. Beware of this company! I have witnesses to the situation. Ignorance honestly. So everyone understands, my wife and I both tried to contact the company multiple times before going to another company. We waited approximately a month before choosing to go with another company. It is just unprofessional to not return a text or call.

I called Johnny Hayes to ask about some roof damage that I had from a recent windstorm. Johnny responded and came out very quickly to look at the issue. Johnny was able to have the roof fixed the next day for a very low price. Johnny was honest and very helpful. He didn't just try to sell me a whole new roof like a lot of companies would do. If you are looking for a trustworthy local company, I would recommend Mike Hayes Roofing & Siding!

I’ve had two roofs and two skylights installed by them and I couldn’t be happier! Service was fast and workmanship was great.

Had a small leak in my Garage and they came right out to checked it out, they fixed it and recommended that we start thinking about replacing it. Months later we had another leak and I called after hours as it was raining hard. Someone came out that night and removed an old Dish Network bracket and sealed the hole. So we then had them quote us and in a short period of time we had a quote and samples. They worked us in and had a new roof installed in one day. Every time I have had to deal with them it has been professional and prompt.

Polite and professional, they have great communication and are easy to get a hold of. Prices were good and they did great work with in a couple days of calling!

We noticed a leak on New Year's Eve. Hayes Roofing did our roof almost 10 years ago. My husband called and Mike answered. We anticipated having to leave a message and not being able to have someone look at it until after the holiday. Mike said someone would be out the next day John came out and fixed the issue. To come out on a holiday...that's great service.

When my mom’s roof had a constant leak most times when it rained we couldn’t figure out what the problem was. I called Mike Hayes roofing and they responded within the hour to check it out. They tried something first before really getting into tearing up the roof. The leak still continued but once again they were at the house that day. They were able to find the leaks and with all the rain we have been getting no more LEAKS! Very professional and great follow up from Mike and his son. I would highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.

They do great work on siding as well. I had wood siding on a whole section of my house that completely rotted because the previous homeowner had put soil against it. I was in a bind because the painter had already began painting my house. This company gave me an excellent quote and the workers did an amazing job. The job site was professional and they kept me informed on the progress. I felt they went the extra mile to find the specific lumber to match the stuff already on my house. Upgrading something on your house is one thing, but having something go unexpectedly wrong is another. Hayes Roofing and siding made a stressful situation okay and I appreciated it and would recommend them.

We had a skylight that was leaking when we got home from our vacation. A quick call to Johnny Hayes, and we were set up for someone to come out the next day. After looking at it, it was decided we needed a new skylight. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable cost! The entire work area was cleaned up like no one had even been there. I would definitely recommend them based on their service.
