Had 3 companies that were supposed to come and tarp our house after the tornadoes on Friday, one showed and wanted $2500 cash to do it, Midwest showed up when they said they would, fought the winds and got us sealed up thank you Paul Byrd

IRestorePros did a beautiful job on our roof. The team worked so fast and cleaned up well afterwards. We noticed some damage on the porch after starting the job and did lots of extra work to rebuild it and make it safe and attractive. We will certainly use them in the future!

Yesterday morning we contacted MRP because we had water dripping from a set of French doors and some water coming inside onto the carpet near the fireplace. Originally spoke with Don who assured me they could get out and inspect right away and told me during inspect they would be able to find everything that had gotten wet. Today, Michele came out and did the inspection and as of 15 minutes ago they have removed everything that had gotten wet. We are all dry now and we couldn’t be happier. Pricing and communication was great, do not hesitate… have them out for any restoration needs.

Do you have water and are freaking out? Call them! They came next morning and got right to work setting up. The owner actually was the person who found we had a leaking pipe instead of a dishwasher malfunction. Couldn't be more thankful for professionalism and communication through the whole process. I found Don and his team when I was looking around for someone to help me with my mold problem in my rental property in St. Louis. He gave me a great detailed quote and I decided to use him. You can tell he takes the job seriously because even though the mold tests came back positive the first time, he came back to finish the job until the mold test was completely negative. We recently had mold growing on our meeting room carpet from high humidity. I called the team on Friday and they sent a crew out first thing Monday morning. We recently had a pipe bust in our basement and cause some water damage. Midwest restoration came out very quickly to take a look at the damage, they provided a quick estimate, and started the work to get us dried out right away. They were careful to only remove the least amount of drywall and flooring needed to get us dry and avoid even more costly repairs. We were very satisfied with them and would definitely recommend!

I had a house to have cleaned to put on the market and they made it quick and simple . They did the entire house cleaning and hauled everything out that needed to be moved out. All old bulky items were removed and they cleaned and shampooed all the carpets. They were very reasonably priced and very professional with the job in one day. Great job and I would use them again for sure.
