In the 2024 cyclone storm both of my fences blew over on both sides of my house so it was time for a new fence. Matt Gurkin is who I chose. I asked him lots of questions and he patiently answered all of my questions and he put me at ease. I could tell he knew what he was doing and was also hardworking and eager for my business. I was right. My fence turned out absolutely gorgeous. Matt was reliable, showed up when he said he would and the quality of his work is very HIGH QUALITY. I spoke to him about the high winds that occur where I live and he let me know that he sets the posts deeper into the ground to ensure the wind wont blow it over again. He provided bids to 2 of my neighbors that I shared my fence with. Both of the neighbors I shared my fence with paid 50% of the stretch of fence we share. The quality of wood used was a high quality beautiful clear grade cedar. Ask him about his “clear grade option” make sure to get a quote for this quality of wood. It lasts longer and is more attractive. Also the hinges he uses are strong and he used 3 hinges on the gates rather than 2 so the gate is stronger and doesn’t sag. His latch that he uses is very strong. It is different than what I had before and 10x better. I really love my new fence. I have neighbors stop and look at it. His price was fair he was professional and kind to me. He picked up after himself. I was so happy that I bought them grilled cheese sandwiches and chocolate chip cookies from Starbucks on the last day they were here. You’ll be so happy with Matt and his crew! I highly recommend them!
