We had great service from Max Green windows. My small online inquiry about window service turned into a great service call from Dave. 13 years after installation, there were a couple little adjustments needed and after 30 minutes Dave had them all tuned to perfection. Included was some advice for simple ongoing maintence that I now know to do myself. Max Green has remained committed to the products from day 1.

Just replaced 6 windows with them.They did an amazing job . Good communication throughout the whole process.Work was done on time and on budget. Highly recommend.

Max Green is one of those rare companies, that say what they'll do, and do what they say.
We've used their services not only once hail damage repairs (4 yrs ago), but again for more hail damage (from last yr).
The staff (over all departments) have always been polite, professional and respectful.
They always respond back to any questions you may have in a very timely manner.

I used MAXgreen for all the windows, exterior doors and very large folding patio door for a new build. I don't normally write reviews, but when I had one issue with the lock on the front door and Tomas and the team responded to the issue on Sunday evening I was impressed! The quality of the products and customer services is as good as it gets.

Trina went the extra mile in customer service. We toured the warehouse where we got a nice visual of the products in stock while Trina explained the different types of windows. Maxgreen recently replaced 13 windows in our home. They arrived on time, were very clean and respectful of our home and finished on time. The crew communicated with us on everything that they were doing. I had a great experience from start to finish.

The difference between good and great is after care. I have experienced this with MAXgreen Windows, Siding and Roofing. MAXgreen installed a door/insert lights system at my home in Priddis. Lots of weather out here. Long after warranty expired they returned to address my concerns. The system looks perfect again.

Purchased my windows and door last year and waited to see how they survived the winter season. Happy to share they passed with flying colours. In all honestly my experience had some minor hiccups but they were quick to resolve all issues and Trina made sure it all worked out and that I was 100% happy. I'm writing this review because, on top of a very positive install experience, they came several years after my warranty expired to correct a small flaw when I asked them for guidance on how to do it myself. They were under no obligation to do anything for me but they sent a team out to do a professional, friendly, and quality repair job. Above and beyond.

Max Green was great and I highly recommend them if you need windows. We only had a couple of windows replaced but they treated us like we were getting the whole house done! Right from the start, Rick was super friendly when he came out to measure and quote us. Then when the guys came to replace the windows, they were on time, friendly, and respectful of the spaces and left them very clean.
Because of the time it takes to get windows made and shipped, they even contacted me a couple of times to check in and say, hey we didn’t forget about you and will call as soon as the windows are here.

Very happy we chose MAXgreen to replace our old windows in our home. The whole team was very professional, communicated well, and did a great job. It's been a few weeks now with our new windows and we're so pleased with them. No gimmicks or over the top sales pitch either (which we experienced with other companies). Had our windows and doors replaced by MaxGreen last May.

Then due to the extreme cold, just last week, our front door had ice crystals coming out from the bottom part.

So I informed MaxGreen about the issue and after just a few days,Cory was able to come to our house, and was immedately able to address the issue.

He also was able to explain, in layman's terms, what usually causes the condensation inside especially during extreme cold weather outside and what actions we can take, going forward.

Thank you for the professional response to my warranty window inquiry. I submitted a request for a minor warranty window repair and was contacted in a reasonable amount of time by Cory. Cory was able to set up an appointment very quickly. I also had a request related to my medical condition during the repair, which Cory was happy to accommodate. Cory was very polite and professional and quickly completed the work. I appreciate that he wanted to ensure that all my concerns were satisfactorily addressed prior to leaving.

We woke up one morning to a yellow patch in our ceiling that set off a frenzied effort to find a leak somewhere in the envelope of our home. Our insurer confirmed the window as a likely source, but that this was not be covered under our insurance. On that basis, we hired MAXgreen windows to correct the leaky window that was later confirmed as the source as well as repair the surrounding envelope. From sales to install, the experience with MAXgreen windows was first class. Excellent communication, high-quality product and installers that were clearly knowledgeable and came in with a plan. We will use MAXgreen again in the future for any of our window siding or door needs.

We hired Max Green to replace two of our windows. It was a pleasure working with them from the start to end. They are very professional and were able to answer the many questions and inquiries I had, as well as help a bit with recommendations to fit our requirements and budget. I just had my windows replaced this August and I had the most amazing customer service from all departments, incredible install and phenomenal warranty. Our windows face south and have needed replacing for years. The quality was immediately noticeable. Our home was cooler, quieter and had better air flow. I highly recommend MAXgreen to everyone.

This was the easiest renovation ever. We have an old home - half of the windows are 110 years old. After careful measurement, and getting the windows made, the amazing install crew spent an entire day at the house. The new Windows fit perfectly; they cleaned up and left no trace they'd ever been here. Very professional. Highly recommended.

Max Green installed my windows in June, 2022. The installation of the 7 windows was very efficient. The workers were professional and the job was completed in one day. However, my main concern was will the triple pane windows provide insulation in the heat and the cold. After two summers and two winters I can confidently state that the new windows definitely made a difference. The house stayed cooler in the hot weather and warmer in the winter.
Since the installation there were a couple minor issues. These were dealt with in a timely manner...much appreciated.
I recommend Max Green very highly.

Jim Ross had quick and reliable service fixing the window last week on July 16th with no service charge. Fixed it in less then 5 minutes.

The gentleman who came out to do. The quote was professional and attentive, and even asked me if it was OK if he removed a little bit of drywall as it would make a mess before he did anything.

The team arrived on time and they were 3 amazing installers they took the time to answer questions from a previous construction guy, like myself who never done windows before.

They kept the site clean and laid out drop cloths and suggested items I may want to cover with sheets to keep them dust free which was awesome as a former safety guy.

They were super polite, cleaned up the work area where they had worked, and the street where they had done all of the cutting of the window trim.

Outstanding service and great product on time! I picked up my windows and installed them. Weeks later I got a notification I had a screen to pick up at MaxGreen. When I called to let them know I had all of my screens Frankie told me One of the screens on my windows was damaged when it arrived at the warehouse so they ordered one right away to replacce it. I would have never noticed the small damage to the screen if they had not been so honest. Thanks again for the great service!

2 years ago I had an issue with a slider window and they came and repaired it free of charge and also made me new screen for different window also free of charge

Very happy with the actual window and door installation. Company was attentive to resolving all concerns that I had with the installation process. However, I do not recommend getting the doors painted. I have had nothing but problems with the durability of the paint impacting the overall appearance as unable to touch up the doors. Company would benefit providing education on this process to improve customer service when initially choosing colours etc.

With a bit of a mix up that was dealt with after the purchase and install of my windows for the greener grant, the vice president jayme reached out to me after I called in my concern. Windows i was originally quoted weren’t the ones put in as I’d asked for a couple different quotes. It went unnoticed until i got the review of grant money coming back and it wasn’t the amount I was expecting to get back. That said, the windows were slightly cheaper than originally quoted but not for max grant $. The offset of money was partially compensated for the mistake on their side with me not realizing on my side and taking a small hit as well. Jayme dealt with me extremely professionally and fairly as I realize I should have paid closer attention to things as well. The integrity knowing they owned up to a mistake as well would have me recommend them to people. One star off for the mishap which was then compensated for and the windows being delivered a day earlier than they said.

This was our second installation by Maxgreen, a new front door done in early December. The door is very good and had no problems during our recent period of -30's weather. The installation was excellent at a competitive price. A big improvement over our previous door

We had a small communication issue when ordering our new front door and received the wrong door due to glass selection for the door. I failed to notice the error when I signed off on the quote before it was ordered and could very easily been stuck with the wrong door!

I've always tried to ensure all projects go perfectly, but as a long-time customer told me after we made an error on his project "how you deal with problems on projects tells customers much more than completing them perfectly every time!"

I contacted Jay regarding the error and he let me know he would look into it and get back to me. In very short order Jay got back to me, having reviewed our initial communication and determined that they had made an error and neither of us noticed it at the time the door was ordered.

The proper door has been installed at no additional cost and I can't say enough good things about Maxgreen and Jay Vandergriendt

Excellent workmanship, all 9 of my windows were replaced and look beautiful at a great price. There was water damage from an old flower box below one of my windows and the installer was able to fix the exterior efficiently and it looks better than before! Highly recommend MAXgreen.

Our door was ordered, didn’t meet their standards and sent back. The next door was accepted and later retrofitted to our home. Excellent work, and the door looks great!

We engaged MaXgreen in 2018 to solve a major leak problem in our house - wind facing house on top of a ridge. The entire envelope of the house needed to be fixed because of the nature of the problem. We contracted to replace all of 32 windows, redo the entire Hardy plank sidings and redo the roof. What attracted us to them was their professionalism and their lifetime / 122 year warranty.

We found MaXgreen to be very professional and always striving to do the things that is correct and not necessarily do the quick and cheap fixes. I would especially like to acknowledge Jim who specialises on the Window and doors side for his detailed analysis and recommending the most suitable solution. Jim also recommended and performed a few additional corrections in our house - especially for insulation and deck re-engineering. They would also engage external experts for certain value add, such as, styling, inspections, etc.

Since the work has been completed, MaXgreen honours the warranty very diligently. Any minor corrections, Adam (the owner of the company) makes sure that is conducted very quickly. For any issues that I email to them, love Adam’s assuring responses within 10 minutes. Yes, within 10 minutes, every single time.

I would highly recommend MAXGreen for any exterior work. Both Adam and Jim will take very good care of you!

Rick who gave the initial estimate is very friendly and knowledgeable person and so was the installer Amiran - he explained the entire process every step of the way. Full disclosure: I didn't use these guys for work, but I recently needed a quote done for some work and these guys handled it really well and I want to let people know that. I have a unique situation, and most other companies were outright rejecting my job without any real explanation or help. They would, quite tersely, tell me that they can't do it. I wasn't sure what to do. Rick from Max Green (Calgary, Alberta) took a look at my job, and instead of just rejecting me, he took the time to explain why I was getting that reaction, and who I could call instead. It was a very helpful conversation right at a point when I was starting to feel frustrated and confused with the experience overall. Turns out I needed to know the difference between glass and window replacement but nobody else had explained this to me (I'm a relatively new first time home owner so this was news to me). Just based on the quote experience, I would certainly turn to these guys again if I had a window replacement job.

Max Green was very timely and provided top quality work when replacing our basement windows. They arrived on time, were very respectful of our home, answered all our questions, and left the work area clean! I would recommend for any window replacements.

The window experience was great from start to finish. The project coordinator was knowledgeable and helpful when choosing and ordering windows, and answering questions. I had MAXGreen install new siding and doors, and overall it was a good experience (3.5/5 stars). Only complaint I really have has to do with the customer service from one of the associates after the projects were [mostly] completed.

The sales rep. I dealt with was friendly and very patient with me, as I asked a LOT of questions and had multiple quotes done! He was also very accommodating, dropping off colour samples as needed, and responded to emails quite quickly.

The siding installers were very friendly, seemed knowledgeable, and appeared to do a good job. A different associate also came out to inspect their work afterward, which I liked. This associate also made himself available to answer any questions.

The door installers were relatively friendly and (to my knowledge) did an adequate job, although I believe one of the doors had to be realigned soon after it was installed.. I was also asked if I wanted the locks keyed the same for both doors and said yes, but there was an issue that day with doing so. Another associate came out shortly after to look over a few things, but refused to rekey the locks at that point (not a huge deal, but it was initially offered).

As a family member attended the last appointment, I tried reaching out to the associate who had met with her in order to clarify some things he had told her.. Over the first week I tried texting and calling a few times, with no response. At some point I did reach out to the sales rep. since I wasn't receiving any response from the aforementioned associate, and at that point I was contacted (but could not take the call)... I then tried for another week or so to get in touch with the aforementioned associate, including via email, with no response. Once more, I reached out to the sales rep., who then told me that he had been told that the aforementioned associate had tried contacting me multiple times, which had *not* happened. Finally, the associate reached out and we spoke on the phone (but he never offered an apology for the above).
At this point, I inquired about having the skirting done on my home, as the sales rep. had told me to ask this associate if he thought it would be possible. (We had also discussed doing the skirting at my initial meeting for the siding, at which time I had been told MAXGreen does skirting).
The associate told me on the phone that he *didn't* see why MAXGreen *couldn't* do the skirting, and he was going to speak with the sales rep. about it. Not too long after (minutes to hours) I received an email from the sales rep. stating that he had been told by the associate that he didn't think they could do the skirting and that I would have to find a different company.

The above created an unpleasant experience.. However, soon after I was in communication with the CEO who was very understanding and worked to resolve any issues right away, which was great to "see."

Over the years we have used three very reputable window companies to replace our windows. I would recommend MAXgreen above any of them. Their level of service is beyond compare: very prompt and attentive. Windows were installed on schedule, in -16 degree weather! We had a couple small deficiencies that were resolved quickly, and all staff were polite and respectful throughout the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable windows vendor.

I had MAXgreen replace some rotten leaky windows 8 years ago. The quality of the windows and work is excellent and they look/function the same today as they did when they were installed. When we decided to replace all the remaining windows and some exterior doors this year they were an easy choice.

We had excellent customer service with this company and are very happy with the product. We only ordered one window, which we installed ourselves, so it wasn't much of a money maker for MAXgreen. Several window companies we contacted didn't even get back to us or quoted us an exorbitant price. This company treated us with integrity and respect.

My experience with MAXgreen went smoothly from beginning to end. Three beautiful windows now grace the east wall of our sunroom. The finishing is excellent (especially compared to the homespun job I did myself forty years ago). Everything was left in perfect order. The technicians were efficient and friendly. Dan even complimented me on my shoes which are the same as his! I certainly recommend MAX for its service and its products.

MaxGreen has been a wonderful company to deal with. We ordered new windows for our home and 2 new exterior doors. Although our project was delayed (due to supply chain issues), we were able to get everything done before the snow started to fly. Rick was pleasant to talk to was the only one that brought "show and tell" to show us how their winders are made when we were initially looking for quotes. Plus the scheduling team was good to deal with. However, Cory and Dylan (the install team) were absolutely terrific! During one of the extreme cold stretches Calgary had this winter, the dust block on our front door ripped off. We contacted MAXgreen for a repair and we were immediately contacted by one of their repair guys, Jim.

Jim did an excellent job replacing the dust block in a timely fashion. He was professional and friendly the entire time while completing the repair. We didn't have to pay anything as our warranty covered the cost of the repair.
