Having requested recommendations on my neighborhood's email list, a fair number of homeowners recommended this firm. Tom was prompt in evaluating roof to be sure it qualified for an insurance claim, met with the insurance adjuster and scheduled the job. The job was done on the day scheduled, and final cleanup of details the following day. One cosmetic request was taken care with no quibble. Of course, I do not have 100,000 gallons of water to test the roof, but because all back-flashing was replaced at vents and chimney, I expect roof should be water-tight. Site cleanup was excellent as well, not a single nail found.

Followup 2024: When replacing bath fans, found roof vents rather than duct vents were used where bath fans and range hood should have had snorkels or an attached vent connector. The fan ducts were just stuck under the roof vent, allowing venting directly into attic. The range hood duct was just laying on the insulation of attic floor.

When I called John, on 09/13/24, I asked about correcting this. I figured they would do it either gratis, or at materials cost... something reasonable. I was told that they do the job in-kind as they found it" .

Company is indifferent, and likely did not do work to code or to insurance company requirements.

Dissapointed.
