I cannot say enough good things about Master Maintenance! Their team was professional, prompt, and does an amazing job! Their prices was highly competitive but I did not have to sacrifice quality to save some money. I didn't lose a single shingle in Ida, and I was continually impressed by the service offered by the company at every level. They were a pleasure to work with and went out of their way to make the process painless!

Konstantin and Elliot at Master Maintenance were both great at communicating from the beginning when I reached out for a quote. They never once asked to speak to my husband, as the other three companies did. They had no issues about communicating only with me, which as a woman this is a common roadblock when hiring a company for house repairs. They quoted my roof replacement $10k less than the other quotes I received.

The project was delayed a month due to the excessive rain New Orleans experienced in July 2021, not their fault. By the time the project began lumber prices went down from the original quote. Once the project started they finished in a quick and timely manner, 2.5 days. The crew was friendly and cleaned up the debris very well. They installed 4 attic vents and immediately could tell the difference in the temperature inside my house before the job was even completed. I use to set the thermostat to 67* to be comfortable. Now it is set to 72* and me and my husband are freezing in our house. We are extremely pleased with our new roof and attic vents!

I had the entire roof replaced and the job was completed on Monday August 23rd. Hurricane Ida hit Sunday August 29th. There was no damage to my roof. I recommend Master Maintenance to everyone who asks for a roofer. Great customer service and a job well done!
