Do not hire them!! They are very rude and unprofessional. When I called them, the person I spoke with over the phone said they’d send someone to do an assessment on my house and give me a cost estimate base on the damages. She told me I didn’t even need to be home for that. The guy showed up, didn’t even look around the house, rang my door bell, got in his truck and left before I could even get to the door. I called him back literally within 2-3 minutes of him driving off. He answered the phone asking me “how much damage did the storm do to your house?”. I told him I was hoping he could tell me that after he’s done with assessing the house. He started raising his voice at me, telling me he’s busy, got stuff to do, so you going to have to wait until next week. Literally being rude like I was bothering him for calling him back. Very unprofessional and will not hire them in the future.
