Martins custom remodeling worked on my major exterior storm damage. Removal and replaced entire front of my home. Martin is very experienced in call phases of construction and nice to work with. His crew are all hard workers. I highly recommend them.

Martin’s was great! The guys worker hard everyday, rain or shine and did a great job. Only downfall is a language barrier at times, but with patience they are well worth it. After the job they piled all trash in one location as requested, I’m sure they would have hauled it off if it were in the contract.

Martin and his crew have been absolutely great to work with. We had a roofing project that required some complex timing of scheduled work and it worked out seamlessly.
Knowledgeable, courteous, skilled, reliable -- they are everything one could ask of a construction team. We have appreciated the quality of his work and the total integrity with witch he conducts his business. We have worked as contractors ourselves and can say without reservation he is one of the best!

Can't say enough good about Martin and his guys. Started with a siding job that turned into a nightmare of literally replacing one entire wall of my three story house inside and out due to underlying dry rot. Martin was on top of every aspect of the project from the beginning, from estimating to materials management to shepherding the permit through the Building Department. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, always answered my phone calls and questions, addressed any concerns I had promptly and effectively, and was on site almost every day to oversee the work and give his guys direction. His crews are hard working! They were on the job every day, and were always on time (if not early) and worked all day every day! They were also highly skillful, polite and respectful. They cleaned up the job site daily, and did a thorough final cleanup when the job was done. The finished product looks extremely professional and blends in with the rest of the house like it never happened. It was a pleasure working with Martin; I will have him back in the future when other projects arise, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and hardworking contractor - very hard to find these days! Martin's crew installed a new rear, exterior door. They did a great job, were friendly, cleaned up the work area, and know what they are doing.

Martin went over to the property location in Lincoln City the same day I called him. He looked at the carpentry project we needed help with. After that, nothing--no estimate, and no response to our calls or emails. We could have used the time we spent waiting and thinking he was working on an estimate, to find another contractor. I wish contractors like this would let me know if they're passing on the job, especially if they've already made an in-person contact. Why waste people's time? This can't be good for word-of-mouth.

Martin and his crew were outstanding. The quality of work was excellent and they began and completed the work on time. The cost was clearly communicated and highly affordable vs. other bids. Martin was always available to communicate progress and gave us great advice. We will definately be utilizing their skills in the future!
