Greetings. I want to give my humble and honest review of the recent paint project done to our home, by Martinez Home Improvement LLC.
We had a few remaining rooms in our home that needed to be painted and required an estimate.
I had already painted all the other adjacent rooms in the past years, however me and wife felt the rest should be contracted out, due to the higher ceiling and quite honestly me just being tired of having to paint .
We purchased the home with nothing but flat paint on all the walls.
I humbly agreed for it takes alot of time to paint and prep a room and space especially if you want it done correctly.
I have to admit I am one of those men who has to paint every room perfectly.
So with that said, i wanted someone who would take the same level of detail and pride painting the way i did all the other room spaces.
I did my research and chose Martinez Home Improvement LLC . Juan came out and gave me an estimate and answered all questions concerning project and time frame. Mr Martinez was professional from start to finish.
The estimate given and the price and the services provided was exactly as stated. I will go a step further and say he gave us more , for as stated walls were all flat paint and had other issues, we inherited upon buying this home.
Juan and his crew showed up daily on time, cleaned up after themselves and respected our home.
I am a detailed oriented person and want everything done right. I am completely satisfied with the end result and so is my wife. The price was fair, and services provided again, met or exceeded our expectations.
