doors, windows, everything in good quality good I found this place Gonna shop from here now every-time.

Great spot for windows, doors and a lot more stuff. Have been here many times and usually find what we are looking for with good prices.

Having new exterior doors and a patio door installed by Jason and the sales staff with both purchasing and installation I highly recommend this company! They were polite, efficient, on time and clean up was amazing! Never been treated so well as I have been with this company! Call ahead if your looking for something specific for your renovation project. They have many option and it’s always best to engage with staff as they really know their inventory.

I hope this gets to the right person. I just wanted to give a shout out to Brian who helped me with our door. This was the first time we ever went to Maple Ridge new and used. We ordered the door and came to pick it up and it had dents all over the top, not starting out as a great experience. Then Brian stepped in not only did he apologize for a mistake that wasn’t his to own. We dealt with a different employee that I don’t want to mention. He also made sure that we got a new door the next day. He also gave us a bit of a discount for our time being wasted. I own a business myself and when I find employees like this, I always feel they deserve to get a shout out to the owners. Bryan turned a negative experience into an extremely positive one where it could’ve been, a much worse experience picking up a new door for our house. I would highly recommend people use this store because mistakes happen but it’s about how the staff react and fix the problems that matter you guys have a great employee. Beyond happy with the customer service presented by Jamie. I made a phone inquiry about some windows, without understanding much about windows themselves. Jamie answered my questions and set me up for success moving forward. Looking forward to having a reliable, kind, knowledgeable place to go during reno season. I'd also like to add that pricing was beyond fair for what I was in need of. I price checked several places (manufactures, new and used, market place, wholesalers etc) and they came in top of MY list with the most reasonable pricing. Will be back without a doubt.

I really like the place. It has a great selection a different stuff all unique. Having it in Surrey, but I can see. He’s got a heck of a lot more room here than he did before.

Spent my whole day on Saturday to come to their location by bus (As my handyman will pick it up in the future). I've ordered and paid for a brand new window; I didn't check it as I believed their good reviews. Unfortunately, what I got is below my expectations. It doesn't look like a brand new window in my opinion. It has some dented and very dirty. I sent them an email and report it to them. They easily said to return it. Their location isn't close to where I lived. It's really disappointing.

They helped me sooooo much to find a replacement for my front door latch. Can't thank them enough. Huge thumbs up!!!

I highly recommend this business if you're looking to do a renovation or repair on a budget.

They have quite the selection, and a bunch of stuff is brand new.

Do yourself a favor and at least take a look at what they have available, and I guarantee that you will walk out with something that you need.

This place is awesome and so are the people who work there. They will go out of their way to help you find anything you are looking for...total opposite of big box stores.

I’ve been a contractor for over 25 years, these people have always been very accommodating, very professional, and their product is very reliable. Even if they don’t have what you want on site, they will work hard to make it happen, and their turnaround time is better than any of the other stores.

I went with a friend just checking out our options and found two doors I love. Also all new fixtures for a old cast iron tub I have. Ryan is awesome, he is knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We were able to tell him our ideas and he worked with us to find things that worked. We saved tons of money, got good products and are so thankful for the help we got. Looking forward to working with them on more projects.

I have been specifically for pre hung wood doors for a while now. I’ve been quoted by numerous places(for way too much) and have spent far too much time in big box stores wasting precious time with people who seemingly didn’t seem to know how to work computers. Finally decided to smarten up and call MRNU. I think I was on the phone for about 10minutes with the owner when he sent me pics of the absolute gorgeous solid fir door and Jambs. We set up an E-transfer, paid for the doors and picked them up a couple days later. I will be returning to buy more for my Reno’s! These guys are great, this place is an absolute must go to if you’re doing work in your place!! Thanks MRNU

Super dope place. So much random stuff. Great for renovations and/or artist. They have a huge stock of new/used pre-made windows which was exactly what I needed. The staff was great and the prices were right. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the lower mainland.

Great customer service, good quality product, I had Jason and his team replaced my entrance door , and they did great job, door look nice , love the new door, I would definitely recommend SNU service

Not a bad place , the girl who was helping us was amazing and spent the time to help and did not rush . Cool assortment of vintage stuff for sale as well.

Tried to send us a completely different product after ordering.
Turned out they sold our products we paid for.
Staff tried to cover it up by labelling a completely different product.
Did not offer any reimbursement other than having us return the products they tried to push on us.
How about not selling our products to others when they were already paid for by us.
Their upper management (Kevin) won't call you back.

Do not shop at this place they are basically thieves

Overall this place seems to have a lot of great items for projects and fixing up things around your home but be extra cautious. I had great customer service on my first visit looking for a pre-hung shed door. I attempted installation after the two week warrant period was over and spent quite a few hours trying to install and level the new door. After great struggle we discovered the door measurements were quite off. The bottom and the top and the width was 1/2" different, which explained the troubles with the install.

With the door not being able to work I headed back to reluctantly purchase another door. During my second visit, I was unable to find just a door and needed to purchase another pre-hung door. I explained to the staff the situation and asked if the doors are actually new or just factory rejects. To no surprise the staff explained these doors are here for a reason and usually have something off or wrong with them from the factory. This staff member assisting me was very cold and did not appear to care about assisting or resolving the situation. I didn’t bother asking for a refund but decided to purchase another door after measuring extensively.

Please take this as a warning that these items may not be in working condition and to ensure you bring or borrow measuring tape to fully inspect anything before you purchase.

Went in today for a bathroom countertop. Guys were SO helpful and so knowledgeable. This was well worth the hour drive from Vancouver to maple ridge. This location has TONS of fantastic pre-loved building supplies, and excellent staff! Highly recommend!!

MRNU, SNU, and CNU(? Chilliwack) are our favourite places to spend an hour poking around, looking at all the goodies. Purchased tons of windows and doors between all the locations, but the fellas at MRNU (our local N&U) are exceptionally helpful and so kind! We appreciate you!

Went looking for French doors and wow, so much selection. Great price on the one we finally chose. Will definitely be back for more items as our house renovations continue.

This place should be called the King of Doors because they literally have hundreds of doors of all types, styles, sizes, prehung, vintage, glazed. It honestly puts the selection of doors at even the big box stores to shame.

Found the windows i was looking for,good stock of merchandise and helpful staff.will come back again next time i need some building supplies.

friendly wells stocked .prices a lite high for used but will definently return and see if I can spot a deal. ; )

They have a huge selection of all sorts of new and used building materials, kitchens, metal roofing, and appliances to name a few things. Some very good deals to be had here as well.
