Be prepared to wait all day for the roofer to arrive and start working.
Contractor was supposed to meet me, but that keeps getting delayed.

Steady progress and they've identified areas that need attention and have replaced the wood that's old and whatnot.
Will change my review again once job is completed and see if anything changes.

After a couple weeks, the job was finally finished. Had run into some issues, but Adrian was able to help us get through it. The roofers were working very hard to meet the schedule deadline and they pulled though. Clean up was good as well.

Edit- after the recent Santa Ana winds, our skylight window cover blew off. Previously the crew forgot to nail it back on and I guess they hastily nailed it. Tried contacting Adrian a few times to have it resolved and covered. The one that blew off became cracked. Still waiting for someone to come do that and it's supposed to be windy again... It was horrible with the smoke from the nearby fire and it got smokey inside the house.

Edit 2- Ended up buying my own and installed it.
A tenant needed a roof job done. The team removed the old gravel roofing and replaced with a normal shingles one in a timely matter. Looks good.

I was referred to this company by a friend. I was absolutely satisfied. I reached out to Makillos regarding a water leak coming from my ceiling. The roof was fixed and after two weeks worth of rain, there has been no leaks. They answered me right away and came out to take care of the issue the following day. I definitely recommend!!! Pricing is very reasonable.

Great experience hired him and next day at 7am he showed up ready to remove sand and concrete out of my garage, price is reasonable he was able to beat others and that same day sand was gone friendly and hard work. Recomend 100%.
