I had my roof and gutters replaced a few months ago by MAITA. They did an excellent work!!! not only they replaced it but added extra materials at no extra charge. This is what I called "Going above and beyond, the extra mile". My roof and gutters look awesome, they cleaned up spottles after completing the job! Also, the customer service is so great, explaining all details of the job and price was by far the best price!!!. Honestly, they do an extraordinary job!!! 100% recommended!!!! I will be calling them again, for my next house projects!!

Roof just completed with Maita and it looks great! They finished in one day and left the property immaculate. Pricing was very competitive for a GAF roof. I highly recommend Maita Home Improvement.

I normally don’t give a 5 star review but I will give an exception this time around as Fredy (the owner) & his team were on top of their game. They did a complete roofing & gutter replacement on both my house & detached garage seamlessly with efficiency, timeliness & professionalism. On a special note, Fredy catered to my preferred materials & specs without any issues at all and priced it reasonably as compared to the other roofing companies. They were thorough with their inspection & post clean-up as noted in their contract. Maita did a great job on my roof installation. They were at my home at 7am and were finished around 4pm. The price I paid was the price that was quoted. It was pointed out roof was missing three roof vents. They installed for us and it was included in the price quoted. I would definitely reccomend their roofing services.

They provided me with excellent customer service and high knowledge to the scope of the job that made me feel comfortable in utilizing their services. I'm big on professionalism, transparency, having integrity, along with good pricing and Maita checked all the boxes. Good pricing. As far as work they did a terrific job with my roof replacing the chingles & posts! I would recommend them.

This company did an excellent job on my roof installation. They were on time and finished in 9 hrs including cleaning up all the debris and left my property looking like they were never there. (Except for the sign left on the front of my house for advertisement purposes). The price was good and I do recommend.

Work for me prior and did a good job finding roof leak. I also reccomend him to a friend and he did deliver as promised. My Second time around was disappointing, he came to look at my basement to give me and estimate on a remodeling and never follow up with the estimate as promised. Was very disappointing.
