SKETCHY and unprofessional. I wanted a complete electrical rewire, panel upgrade, cinderblock wall, AND outdoor patio remodel. I made an appointment with them to give me an estimate. They were within 10 minutes of missing my appointment time with no update. I had to CALL THEM for an update. The lady couldn’t find a record of my appointment until I mentioned Randy. Then she said she would have Randy call me. He called me and said he “forgot” thag they were delayed. He proceeded to ask if I was home alone and then he wanted me to tell him the name of the woman I was in the house with. I told him I wanted to cancel because he was making me uncomfortable. Then within 15 minutes I had 4 Maingreen employees call me. I told the last lady to have her employees stop calling me, to which she replied that she was the ONLY Maingreen employee to call me and that no one rlse had. This company is extremely sketchy. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.

The process from start to finish was easy (we got financing through a third party) and they installed a beautiful new roof. They also didn’t leave any dust or debris behind. We were extremely happy with the quality of Maingreen’s work. After March’s hailstorm left us with mold and damage to our sunroom, Maingreen was the only company who not only gave us an estimate and a realistic appraisal of what mold remediation entails--but actually came back to do the work. (We had 3 other companies ghost us!) Matthew's estimate was the result of a thorough inspection of the area and he prepared us for the potential of finding additional mold. Thankfully, the mold was only in one area and the remediation process was seamless. There had been so much storm damage, we decided to take the room down, and once again, Matthew gave us a clear estimate for the demo and the additional painting and patching needed. The supervisor Maingreen brought in, Paulino, was wonderful. He and his crew did a wonderful job, even prepping new fascia boards and patching areas that had been causing vermin issues for years.
To avoid additional grief from heavy rains, we also hired Maingreen to install gutters on our house (something this older house never had.) That work was done swiftly and expertly. Matthew has excellent communication skills and he and the different crews demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout all three jobs . In addition, they thoroughly cleaned up after each job (no small feat!).
We were especially appreciative that Matthew listened when we said we wanted to wait on further work (although the house certainly needs it) and didn’t try to upsell us. (The photos show the area post mold remediation and demolition and the area after patching, painting and restoration.)
