Tim was amazing. He did a thorough roof inspection, showed me all the places there was damage and gave me timelines on when they needed to be done by (immediate, before winter, etc) so there was no sales pressure up front to do them immediately before they were needed.

On repair day he showed up at the promised time (a lost art these days) and repaired all my damaged shingles from tree branches that were scraping up my house and fixed some leaks around vents that were letting water in the house.

Initially, we had a wind turbine that was damaged by a storm. We contacted Tim with Lyle Services to repair that. After Tim made that repair, he told us that our roof was in bad shape and needed replacing. We contacted our insurance company to come out and look at our roof. Tim worked with the insurance adjuster and it was determined the roof needed replacing. We asked Tim to do the replacement. On the day the work was to start, Tim's crew showed up on time and worked hard all day. They were very professional and courteous. While the crew was working, they came across two issues and brought them to our attention. Previous roofers had not done this. Because of these issues, it took a little longer to complete the work. After the work was completed, we were very pleased with their work and how the roof looked. We would highly recommend Lyle Services if anyone is in need of any roof work.

From the day the claims adjuster came out until the final payment was in Tim's hand was two weeks. Tim patiently explained everything they were going to do. He came with samples and pictures and helped me pick shingles. Tim scheduled the crew right away. On the first day, the crew worked dawn until dusk and got most of the roof finished. On the second day, they finished and did a fantastic job of cleanup. The gutters were the next week. I highly recommend Lyle Services for your next roof.
