I decided to change my review. It's been a year since my last review and after reading what I wrote I decided I may have been to harsh. There may have also been some miss communication on my and my husbands part. I called to get a quote on how much it was going to cost to have the drywall hung in our upstairs master suit. It was a big project. When he got here he introduced himself as Luke and complimented our Deck and stairs. When he came in he asked what I wanted done so I told him. I then called my husband and had him on speaker phone just in case he had questions I didn't know the answer to. He said it wasn't going to be cheap. My husband then said something along the lines of we're not worried about cheap. Luke went outside I thought he was going to get something from his truck but he left. He did send me a quote about a week later. We ended up going with a different company. His people skills needs some work but apparently he thought my husband told him to leave. Hope this helps you.
We agreed on a price for specific work. He had no help so I had to stay out there to help him get the job done. He came back two days later and said he had thought it over and he wasnt getting paid enough and refused to finish what he had agreed. He wanted the full agreed on price for half the work. He claimed he shouldn't have agreed to the price. He is probably going to say I cheated him because I paid him 2/3 for 1/2 the job. Very poor businessman, word is no good. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITTING. Better still run away.
