FINALLY a contractor I feel like I can trust! I called Lovvorn for a foundation issue and I wanted to get a quote on new windows. I received a call back and had both jobs scheduled to start the process that same day. My foundation repair was completed within the week. My window quote, measure, and deposit wad also done within a week. The day after my foundation was repaired, I received a call from the tech to make sure I was pleased with the work and had no concerns. The communication has been 5 star, price has been affordable, and work so far has been flawless. I have been looking for a company I can trust for these small jobs, so when I am ready to put the addition on my house, I know who to call.

We unfortunately damaged some duct work at a home when our team was doing a remodel on a home in Antioch, TN. We called LAI, they worked us in their busy schedule to correct the damage so we were able to satisfy our customer. We were happy and so was our customer!

LAI did a crawlspace encapsulation on my new construction home. They answered the phone when I called, they showed up on time, and did a great job. Could not ask for better service. Highly recommend.
