I can't recommend Lolark enough. In an industry flooded with people claiming to be qualified remodeling and construction experts, it's challenging to distinguish the good from the bad. However, Josh and his team at Lolark are incredibly skilled, punctual, trustworthy, and communicative—both before, during, and after our project. I'm excited to plan the next project with Lolark and look forward to many more!

So with a fair price and all I am about to share- why would anyone look elsewhere?
Whether your construction needs are motivated by pleasure or necessity- facing the prospect of finding a good contractor can seem daunting. We tend to have to count on reviews. This is ours.
We decided to turn to our homeowner’s policy to help cover what was looking to be about a $30,000 project! I was shocked at the cost of- what I thought was just a tiny “fix it” project! I was in the process of obtaining four bids from four different contractors that were to be turned into our insurance adjusters for review.
I don’t imagine it would take long for you to see what I saw in Joshua Dauzat of Lolark Contractors- and that is a very motivated, very creative, very loyal, hard working individual! And ladies: he respects and listens to us the same as if the men were speaking! He took it upon himself to go back to the drawing board after I had mentioned that the homeowner’s insurance wasn’t likely to approve such a high amount. Josh reworked the original plan- let’s just say- he somehow was able to work magic- handing me a new bid* that fell within the adjusters’ range. *Two of the other bids were in range- but lacking- the other- unable to provide electrical.
You can trust Lolark for your construction and/or remodeling needs. It’s like they’re invested in your vision. They bring a good energy! Every member of the Lolark team was professional, courteous, highly respectful of privacy and super conscious of the home owner’s needs. Since we were having work done on the pumphouse- there were times where we would have to be without water- yet that time was so minimal! They stayed in contact with us through text so there was never any long period without the use of water. Let me tell you- you do not realize how often you use a utility until you don’t have access to it. So that meant a lot to us!
The work they did was outstanding! From thick brush removal to sturdying the existing foundation, constructing a shed we purchased, installing underground electric cable, hooking up the service to the shed, removing the old overhead electrical system.! It looks fantastic and the quality is beyond what we had expected! Not only are they able to “think outside the box”- but I would be doing them a disservice if I did not mention how hard working the team was! As luck would have it- the rain was fairly continuous throughout the several day project. But that never threw them off schedule- not even once! The hard working gentleman we saw daily and so had the chance to interact with- Dmytry- was a dynamo! Removing brush, taking care of the demo, hauling off all the debris, digging the trench for the electric cable- the man never stopped- rain, mud and all! And the electricians- I saw them too- out- in the rain- after dark- finishing the job.
So there is a reason I could not keep this review short. It’s rare that I have this much to say about a company- because there’s always that “something” that makes you want to just give a basic rundown. That was not the case here- our entire experience with Lolark was exceptional!
Lolark Contractor did a remodel in my house and my experience was great, Josh and his team were great in communication, price, professional, cleanliness and very friendly, I recommend them without hesitation
