We are very pleased with the work Scott did for us. He gutted 2 bathrooms, moved plumbing and walls to give us 2 beautiful full bathrooms. Scott is so easy to work with. He is professional, hard-working, detailed, and always emails and calls when he says he will. His estimates are accurate and his work is high quality. Even through covid, Scott pushed forward as best he could with delays beyond his control. The subcontractors he works with (plumber and electrician) were equally professional. Scott re-built our back deck. He helped us choose the proper materials that would complement our home. He was professional in every aspect when he was dealing with us. His work was excellent and very detailed oriented. He has great communications skills and would check in with us throughout the job in order to be sure we were happy and things were to our liking. Scott was always on time and would always communicate when he was coming and never left us wondering if he was going to work on the project. He even worked all through the Labor Day weekend in order to finish the job so it would be completed in time for a family visit. Locksaw Construction recently completed a job at my family’s cabin in Fryeburg. Old, outdated, wood paneling was replaced by beautiful knotty pine walls.
