Nelson and his crew did a great job on our Victorian style roof. I received 4 quotes prior to having Nelson come out. He was the lowest of any offer with the same roofing product, and more roofing experience. We used the Owens Corning underlayment and shingles, and Nelson was able to show us color samples prior to starting work. Nelson and his crew were able to remove the old roof and old underlayment felt and repaired all wood that needed to be repaired. The other roofers said that there would be an increase in price for any wood repaired, but Nelson was able to include wood repair. Nelson used the synthetic underlayment and showed the quality difference between ProArmor and felt which allows for longer weather proofing. We were happy with final roof inspection and the verts were all colored to match the roof color. Since we went with Shasta White, the shingles has energy star rating to lower house temperatures. Thank you Nelson for completing our roof, very happy with the end product, and was thousands less that other roofing quotes.
