Linderman Construction recently worked with me on an expansion of my deck. Brennan was on time and courteous during the original walk through. He answered my questions, and I never felt like a was being talked down to (a problem with other quotes I received!). He was also gracious when the original quote gave me a bit of sticker shock and provided suggestions on how to move forward within my budget.
The crew was respectful and worked hard to get the project done quickly. They were friendly with my dog when she managed to sneak outside, and kind to my neurodivergent son when he came out to “inspect the work” or talk their ears off!
The end project came together beautifully! They incorporated small details that really made the deck look fantastic and blend seamlessly with the house. The end result looks like it was always meant to be that way!
