We're thrilled with the home renovation Joe and the Liebo team completed! From blueprint to final walkthroughs, the experience was as stress-free as a home renovation could be. This is the first major construction project and I stupidly went online and read through dozens of horror stories of projects gone awry before I met with Joe. Wasn't my best idea.Their attention to detail and passion to bring my vision to life exceeded all expectations. There was constant communication every step of the way, and they made me feel like I was an essential part of the process.Our team consisted of Josh and Adabel with plenty of support from Joe as well. Each member was a pleasure to work with and was always willing to answer my litany of questions.The transformation of my home is simply breathtaking. It's not just a renovation; it's a masterpiece.

We did a fairly large project with Joe and his team in 2021. It was a complete kitchen remodel, a couple walls were removed to open the space, and our breezeway was closed off and converted into a vestibule with a laundry room and storage space.

At the start of our project we didn't even have a concept of what we wanted. Joe and his team linked us up with a very talented designer at an excellent price who gave us 3d renderings of the space based on our asks. Joe's team handled the permitting process and our project got started much more quickly than we expected.

The project was well organized and there was a web portal with a schedule so we knew what to expect. As with any project, there were some hiccups but I would say compared to other contractors I've worked with Joe was much more responsive and honest in his responses and was a creative problem-solver.

The overall quality of the work Joe's team did was excellent. We were extremely happy with the end result of the project and feel that immense value was added to our home. We look forward to working with Joe again on future projects.

I was referred to Joe by a friend, from the first meeting I felt comfortable with him and felt like he really knew his stuff. This is not the first home I’ve built, so I know a thing or two about construction and I was very impressed with Joes experience and knowledge.

I was looking for a level of care and experience that goes beyond the construction itself, Joe really delivered on all my expectations. Building a home can be super stressful and I wanted someone that understood that and would anticipate and handle issues that arise. The process for design and planning took about 6 months (they were very patient with my last minute design adjustments) and the construction was a total of 10 months, for new construction that’s pretty good. Timelines were upheld, communication was excellent, there integration with technology was astounding. The team is a really nice, hardworking and honest group of people which is rare these days, from the design team, to the project management team, to the workers on site, excellence is a word that comes to mind.

This has been my best home building experience.

I hired Liebobuilders to remodel my kitchen and bathroom in July/August 2021. My house is 99 years old this year and it needed EXTENSIVE work. Liebobuilders did an OUTSTANDING job. They excelled on every level. Joe was my project manager. His professionalism, constructive ideas and suggestions, attention to detail, patience and hand-holding were crucial to the successful completion of all these amazing renovations. Liebobuilders also has an outstanding team. Josh was my designer and he is superb. Rossie was my project supervisor and she is a Goddess; always available and always helpful. Now that my many projects are complete here is a list of all the work that Liebobuilders completed: Kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, new flooring, interior painting, new lighting, upgraded electrical panel, tankless water heater, new driveway gates, exterior painting, new roof, house bolting and retrofitting. I'm overwhelmed and overjoyed. I wish I could attach more pictures.

Ruben was great to work with - he was straight forward and also tried his best to keep our remodeling job within our budget. His crew was great and came on time to get work done. We have a baby coming and wanted to finish the remodel as soon as possible and they were able to deliver and finish everything on time. Highly recommend!

We live in Oklahoma and have a property in Long Beach. We had to depend on our Liebo Representative, Sebastian, for every detail of our roof replacement. We met him in person for the quote and put our trust in him to get the work done as we returned back home. Sebastian kept us informed every step of the way. The price he quoted was exactly what we were charged. He took care of financing a portion of the payment and sent pictures every day. We could not be more pleased with the completed work and customer service. We highly recommend Liebo Builders. If you call them ask for Sebastian!

Our kitchen remodel design meeting went very well with Ilya, the project manager and designer Danielle. Financing was arranged and semifinal design by Josh was approved. So far, 5 stars.
Because of Covid, the permits were delayed. HOA permissions were slow in coming but we had no reason to believe that they would be denied so we went ahead with the demo. Then, SCREECHING halt. The city permitting office was so backed up from being understaffed, we waited a month and a half with no downstairs to speak of. I don't blame Liebo Builders for that. The framing and drywall were finally done and I'm busy ordering appliances and so on. Then yet another delay because all the craftspersons were not available due to the delays. Finally the painters showed up to paint half the downstairs and partway up the stairway, the wrong color. Another week and a half goes by before the painters get back to repaint. Then all of the cabinetry didn't arrive and so on.
Also, we asked that the wall above the fireplace be painted along with the tile surround. We knew there would be an extra charge for that. It came to $2,000.00 for a 6 by 4 wall and fireplace surround. I thought that was a bit much. Thus 4 stars.
All that having been said, the work was done beautifully. I absolutely love my new kitchen

As a new homeowner I put my trust and a lot of my savings in Liebo Builders, and when I say I wouldn't use them again, I mean I'd rather have a 6 year old take a crack at home renovation before I use this company again. I want to make it clear up top: this is a review of our point of contact and the owner of the company. The guys who designed our kitchen and built it did a phenomenal job, and I hope they are treated with more respect than we were. I could write a college thesis on everything that went wrong with the project but I'll stick with the two main issues: asbestos and overall attitude.
We had a full kitchen remodel on our 1950s home. When it came to removing the popcorn ceiling, we moved to my in-laws house as we were told it would not be safe to stay in the house while it was removed. Once it was removed we were told it was safe to move back in. After a week of being back in our house (which we were told was safe to stay in) our HVAC broke. We had an HVAC repairman come out who explained that there were exposed ducts and that my husband, myself and our dog had been breathing asbestos all week. He was shocked that anyone who works in construction would deem the house safe to live in. To say I was furious is an understatement. Upon reaching out to our point of contact at Liebo Builders to inform him of the situation, he explained that it was not his guys who "cut" the duct, but that it was removed. He was focused on semantics rather than the issue at hand. My husband reached out to the owner of the company, we left a message with the receptionist stating that asbestos had been found in our home and that it was important that he give us a call. To this day we never received an apology (because that would be them admitting guilt) or a call back from the owner of the company.
The final major issue I'll discuss it overall attitude. Our point of contact with the company (and I have screenshots) called me hostile and passive aggressive for asking questions like "what's the difference between a range hood and a microwave hood?" This was after our project was weeks behind schedule. As someone who has worked in customer service since she was 15, comments like that would've resulted in termination. Since our point of contact is the cousin of the owner, we knew there was no point in complaining, especially since we never heard back from the owner regarding the asbestos incident. When it came to choosing our baseboards we were presented with two options. I asked which one was cheaper. Our point of contact responded with "It's on me, but remember that when it comes time to give us a review." Our job ended up being $32,000 OVER what we were quoted and they wanted to buy my review for the cost of baseboards.
It's also worth noting that we were told upfront that all work is done by the company's in house team. Their plumber and electrician are subcontracted. Feels like a silly thing to lie about.
I wish I had more time to discuss the beer caps that were discovered in my backyard, the personal items of ours that were destroyed during renovation, or the wrong countertops that were installed but I think what I've provided gives a clear representation of the company.
If you have money to burn and time to waste, Liebo Builders is the company for you.

Just finished remodeling our master bathroom! Liebo did a wonderful job, they were very professional, price was reasonable, they were neat and finished project earlier than expected. Was a pleasure working with our project manager Yossi and his crew. We give them 5 stars and would definitely recommend them to anyone starting a project! Love our new bathroom!

I used Liebo builders for the restoration of my kitchen, dining area, and bathroom following a leak. From the outset, Ruben (project manager) was professional, kept me updated with the project progress, responsive to requests, and attentive to the details. Under his leadership, the team was able to restore and upgrade the unit. Special thanks also to Ronnie who always did a great job.
