LEVELWORKS Construct & Renovate

We had our backyard remodeled with Levelworks, and we couldn't be happier. This was a huge undertaking, and the team was great throughout the entire project. From a very helpful and knowledgeable scoping and design process through an on-time (actually earlier than estimated) and on-budget project completion, we are thrilled.
The team came in and removed old landscaping rocks and weeds and installed a fresh yard complete with sod, decomposed granite, a new sprinkler system, and new gate and fence. It's a complete transformation and we are so pleased with the results. We'll be recommending them to anyone who needs any renovations, and I'm looking forward to hopefully working with them again in the near future.

We are incredibly glad that we picked LevelWorks to help redo our pool and some landscape work in our backyard. From start to finish Nir was very straightforward about the process, cost, timelines and what would be necessary to pass city inspection. He does his due diligence and doesn’t take shortcuts to win your business that could ultimately cost more money. He went above and beyond in making sure we would pass multiple required inspections. He was incredibly flexible and thorough in his explaining what LevelWorks could do for us, and he guided us on what was realistic. Nir was also very quick and responsive to our (many) texts and phone calls, so we felt like we were in good hands. The final product was beautiful! All in all we definitely recommend LevelWorks as a contractor and would be happy to hire this company again in the future.

Nir, Marva and their team were professional and provided high quality service throughout. From the thorough, clear, and competitive initial proposal all the way through the completion of our garage renovation, they were highly communicative, took changes and challenges in stride, and delivered outstanding work. The members of the team that they brought on site provided expertise, they were respectful of our property, and helped us make deciions that got us to the end result we wanted. The only issue now is deciding with project to do next with Levelworks. Highly recommend considering them for your next project, big or small.

I had my attic insulation completed along with expanding foam for any air leaks plus new wire mesh/screens installed and sanitation spray in the attic. Thank you Nir and the team for making my house comfortable and secure from "uninvited guests".

There's a lot to address, from the unprofessional owner Emil, who ignores texts and calls, to the crew consistently arriving late, to the poor quality of work and endless delays. This was a nightmare experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Emil, the owner, talks smoothly to get what he wants, but once he does, he vanishes like dust.
After posting my honest review on Yelp (within 2 hours) the company removed all their tools from my property and threatened to stop the job unless I took it down. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened.

Emil, the owner, was supposed to meet with me to discuss the project and reach an agreement. I waited an entire week for him, only for him to inform me that he would not be finishing the job. Instead of addressing the work, he focused on the review, arguing with me, and not allowing me to explain my concerns. Despite having several important points to discuss, he walked away, stating that he was abandoning the project for his mental health.

This behavior is highly unprofessional and dishonorable.

If you're looking for quality work and a hassle-free project, do yourself a favor and avoid LevelWorks. Don't be deceived by the fake 5-star reviews as I was. The crew sometimes doesn't show up for 2-3 days in a row, and when they do, it's often late--around 11 AM, noon, or even 1 PM, because their are sent to other jobs
When you raise concerns about the poor workmanship, the project manager said that I am picky.

And Emil, please don't respond with your usual excuse about extra work being added--that's simply not true. I've seen how you try to cover up your mistakes by lying on your reply's to others. It's time to take responsibility and learn from your errors instead of blaming others.

They consistently cut corners, and you have to point out the mistakes because they don't seem to notice them. If you decide to hire them, be sure to have an extremely detailed contract, as they will try to skip parts of the work. Clearly outline the project timeline and include penalties for each day they delay.

At this point, I'm not even upset with them anymore--I've come to realize this is simply the extent of their capabilities.

This business did a great job remodeling my pool when it was damaged. They completely made a new pool and replaced all the old htile
and floor. The process was fairly short and was done with extreme care and preparation. The workers were very nice and did a great job communicating the details of the project. They also remodeled my backyard and did a great job working with me to produce the best possible outcome. My backyard and pool now look great thanks to them!

We spent over $260,000 on the renovation of our home. A year later and we're discovering many issues that were done incorrectly. To begin with, we had a leak (they redid our whole house plumbing) and after going back and forth to get someone out here, they finally came and had to tear out part of a wall. We were told that the main stack was not done correctly, or to code. That was fixed. Then a bit later, my husband went on the roof and found out that when they installed the roof, they didn't even install a roof ridge. That was repaired. Every time something comes up, the project manager that we worked with prior is now gone! It's very frustrating that we never work with the same people, and each time we have to go all the prep and explanations with someone new! Now our flooring was not laid properly! I am a retired designer and have in the past worked with contractors. When they were about to lay the flooring down, I mentioned that it was not level and they either needed to grind down the slab to even it out, or level it by pouring a layer of cement on top. They ignored me because apparently they thought I didn't know what I was talking about. This has been going on since September.

Update: I am pleased to announce that my problems were finally resolved. Thank goodness they came through and, might I say, they did an excellent job! I understand that sometimes circumstances beyond anyone's control, happen. All in all Levelworks is a company trying to work on all the difficulties that I am sure a lot of companies are dealing with now a days: finding people who want to work and supply shortages along with rising construction costs. thanks guys for the making it happen!

Excellent customer service, excellent job! Crew was very professional, careful, clean and my new shower looks beautiful. We will use Levelworks again for future projects.

We used Levelworks for an extensive remodeling for our 1950 house with new addition and demolition.

We contacted and reviewed a couple of contractors, some with very high review on the internet as well and Tom definitely win us over all the other builders. At our first meeting, he spend a long time listening to our needs and explaining everything clearly. He measured everything in our house and start giving us real suggestions. We could tell Tom is very passionate about what he is doing and always stay on top of everything.

After we decided to go with Levelworks, we were very impressed with their professionalism. It took us a few months for the city to approve the plans and meanwhile, Tom was updating us know our plans status. He was great in helping select the main materials that had to meet my style (and our budget). We were quoted for 4 months, from start of construction to finish. All demolition was done in a week, and we can see the shape of the new addition within a month! And before the four months mark, everything is done! (We did add things on the way as well)

We are very impressed with the work that Tom and Nick (the foreman) did. Nick and his team came early in the morning, and stayed for a whole day till 6:30pm. There were always workers in our house working, even during lunch time. They even worked on Saturday (whole day!). All the workers are very nice and friendly. They always greet and smile at you and they got the work done in a very timely fashion. We are quoted for 4 months, and we got our house back within 4 months!!

Another thing we noticed is how reachable Tom is, either through phone/SMS/email. He is great in answering my text or emails. And he doesn't mind to answer all my questions and concern, no matter how small they are. And that gives me a great peace of mind.

We are very pleased of the quality and the professionalism of their work. And we are very glad that we pick a reliable and honest contractor. I am so glad to be the one to tell them a truly wonderful story about remodeling!! I would highly recommend Levelworks to any of my friends and families.

We were referred to Levelworks by my sister. She has recently renovated her house, and i loved the result.

In our new house we wanted everything a certain way, and James and Yaniv did an amazing job and were an absolute pleasure to work with! They listened to all of our requests and questions and were patient with my never ending screenshots with ideas from Pinterest (duh!)

The works was completed earlier, that i expected. In about 10 weeks we moved in in our brand new house!

Levelworks did a complete bathroom demo and remodel. Tom and his team were absolutely professionals! The results were 100% as the 3D design when they worked according to the timeframes we planned together. They cleaned every day! I'm very satisfied from the results. highly recommend them.
